Hotel is far away from Omeda station and it takes more than 15 minutes from station to hotel. Staffs are helpful and friendly. Hotel room is a little bit small and can only put one large luggage.

Room was clean enough and location is convenient.
Only one point is crowded elevator in the morning.

Great hotel and great location 5 minutes from main Osaka station. Complimentary water, coffee and toiletries, clean towels each day and beside food shops for snacks

The room is clean yet small. The TV can connect to mobile phone through WiFi which is nice. The front desk staffs are nice and friendly. Checkin and checkout smoothly. Bathroom is clean. Water pressure is perfect for shower, yet you might have to wait for hot water for about 30s when you first time using it. Hot water is hot enough. Overall good, just the location is a little bit far, still walkable distance, 10mins from Osaka station.

Great spot. Great location. Great services. Easy access to everything. Just little bit disappointed when in their booking shows there is a smoking room which we booked it in but when we get tgere they said there is not. So I have to come to level 2 for smoking.

So noisy environmnent..
There is a fire station near this hotel.
and soundproof is so bad.
so when i was taking a shower, someone(maybe hotelier who cannot speak english well)knocked my room's door twice to complain me......
So i feel incomfortable feeling until i stay.
I will never recommand this hotel to my real friends.
매우 시끄러운 환경이였습니다.
호텔근처에 소방서가있어 밤중에 사이렌소리가 자주 들렸어요.
그리고 방음 너무 안됩니다..
제가 샤워하는데 직원인지 옆방사람인지 문 두드리면서 조용히해달라고 컴플레인 걸었어요..
편하게 샤워도 못하고 다음날까지 조심스러워져서 매우 불편했습니다.
제 친구들한테 절대 추천 안할거에요

The service staff is friendly. It's not far from the Nakatsu subway station. There is a pharmacy next to it where you can buy groceries. Diagonally opposite is the fire station, but there were no fire trucks out on the day of check-in, so we didn't encounter the noise problem that others mentioned.

It's a bit of a walk from Umeda Station, but I'm glad it's in an easy to find location! There was a drug store and a convenience store right next door, which was very convenient!

The hotel was a 15-minute walk from Umeda Station!
