Hearton Hotel Shinsaibashi Reviews

The room is small. Toilet is small. Location is wonderful. 3 to 5 mins walk to train station. 3 to 5 mins walk to shinsaibashi. Follow the shinsaibashi and you will reach dontonburi.

Near Shinsaibashi station. Breakfast is good. Family 's mart is next to the hotel.

The location was perfect. Everything was convenient for us. We would definitely go back and stay here again. Room size is good for us, more room as compared to other regular bedrooms in Japan. the staff was kind and attentive. Thank you.

The hotel staff was pleasant and check-in was fast. The room was clean and had a great layout to maximize the space. The main shopping avenue is only two blocks away. There are also so many restaurants, convenience stores, and even the subway station, within a 10 minute walk.

a hotel is placed near by subway station. my room is small but I think that is fine. room was very cleaned. staff isn't very kind just soso really bad was water temperature...... shower head in shower booth is uncomfortable and un standard water temperature hot-cold-hot-cold without this problem everything is good

The hotel was a relatively short walk to the nearest station Shinsaibashi and it's shopping street.It would be a great location for travellers who are there to shop or eat. Unfortunately the hotel rooms were a little rundown to my liking.And the sound insulation was bad, probably thin walls.You could actually hear everything happening from your neighbour units.

This was a return visit to this hotel! Great location and staff. The only advice: add some more channels to the TV, it currently only has 6 channels.

Lovely hotel but was a bit small (hardly has space to open a luggage) and the air-conditioning can be a little noisy at times but nothing unbearable. Cozy room, pleasant staff, good house keeping, and sufficient amenities. They allow you to store your luggage with them after check out for the day which is great! For those who are tall, there is a step up to the bathroom (I have included pictures) so you will be quite close to the ceiling. In the tub I can easily touch the ceiling (I'm about 166cm in height).

The room is quite nice but it’s very very humid it also overlooks the street which can be a bit annoying at night as it’s not sound proof, I think they should tell the guests not to be Loud after midnight as some guests try to sleep, they don’t have a washing and drying coin machine which can be extremely helpful, if you are looking for a good location then this is the place for you

The room is good, not so big, japan standard, but very clean.

The hotel is old and using key instead of key card . The room is small , and floor carpet is looks old and dirty. Only the best is very near metro station.

Single bed is much better than double bed room. Location of the hotel is really convenient.

Hotel located near Shinsaibashi, Dotonbori and the Kuromon Market. Hotel amenities are good and rooms were big enough to open 2 luggages at the same time.

Pretty good location, easily accessible and near shopping area. Minus side is the room was pretty small and a little bit difficult if you bring large luggages.
