Great location, just a few minutes away from Tsutenkaku and Ebisucho station! Check-in and check-out was incredibly fuss free, and they send instructions on how to check-in a few days before your trip & on the day of your arrival. The room entrance has a little nook for your luggage and day bag(s), as well as a big umbrella if you need it, and the room is big enough to open my suitcase completely and still have room to walk! Everything was working and refilling amenities was very convenient so I never had to interact with customer service. Cannot recommend this place enough, will definitely be back if I'm ever in the area again!
Housekeeping does NOT clean up the room during your stay. Tidy your room and dispose of your trash yourselves! The garbage disposal room is in a room on the right after you exit from the main entrance.
One thing to note for solo travellers: the building is in a relatively quiet area. Foot traffic in the area is sparse throughout the day. But the staff working in the shops along the way are friendly and willing to walk with you if you need the help!
I stayed for 3 nights and it was quite satisfying. The room was in good condition and the location was excellent.
Subway stations, shops, convenience store were very close to the hotel.
The washing machine in the room was convenient as well.
But wifi connection was very bad. The staff tried to solve the problem but I couldn't use wifi almost every night.
It needs to be improved because it is a pretty big problem.
If the wifi problem is solved, I would like to stay here again next time.

It is located 10 minutes walk from the stations of different metro lines, convenient. Check-in is via a tablet at the entrance, you can figure it out. There is an elevator. In front of the elevators there are sets of toothbrushes, combs and tea. The interior is pleasant, there are many storage places. There are no sockets by the bed and table, but there are extension cords. There is a vacuum cleaner, it is very helpful to maintain cleanliness without calling a cleaning service. There is a washing machine, but without a drying function. It took us a while to figure out how to turn on the hot water, because the instructions in English were not entirely correct. The support responds quickly. The apartment lacks a full-length mirror. The bathroom lacks a shelf for a towel and hooks to hang clothes while you take a shower and hang a wet towel after.

Facilities: Because it is a homestay, there are washing machines, refrigerators, microwaves, cooking utensils (two small pots and an induction cooker), dishes, detergents, dishwashing sponges. You can buy raw food from the nearby supermarket to cook, or heat up cooked food to eat. It feels very convenient and you can also better experience the life of locals. The space in the room is very reasonable. There are two places to spread out the suitcases as soon as you enter the door. The price-performance ratio is unbeatable.
Hygiene: Warm and clean. Because it is newly renovated, the overall facilities feel very new, and the toilets and bathrooms are also clean.
Environment: The surrounding area is relatively quiet. It is a short but relatively close walking distance from the subway station. You can see the scenery of the surrounding streets and alleys. It is very convenient to Shinsaibashi and Universal Studios. There are about six or seven rooms on one floor. The sound insulation feels very good and I didn’t hear any disturbing sounds.
Service: Self-service check-in, you can see the check-in guide one or two days in advance, and you will also receive a notice of self-service check-out. According to the guide, register your passport information on the website and check in after 4 pm. It feels smooth. Contact the hotel customer service from Ctrip chat and the reply is very fast.

A super large apartment with an area of 88 square meters located on Anime Street in Nihonbashi; close to Shinsaibashi, Tsutenkaku, Abeno Harukas, and Shitennoji. It is also the birthplace of Kushiage. You'll find everything you need including shopping, pharmacies, electronics district, Don Quijote, and more.
Nearest line: 100m from Exit 1B of Sakaisuji Line, 3 minutes walk from Exit 5

I’m not joking when I say this might be one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in Japan so far.
Starting from the location, it’s not terribly far from Namba station on foot. You can also take the Midosuji Line as well.
The amenities in the hotel room are sufficient and the size is actually huge compared to all the other hotels I’ve tried. You can open TWO big luggages and have space to walk and do other things. I really enjoyed the extra space in the property.
The service was great and I have no complaints, room cleaning was meticulous and the staff went the extra mile.
I’m very happy with my stay and I will definitely come back again.

Thank you for giving me a room with 3 beds as I requested! However, the floor was not cleaned well so there was a lot of dust, and the bed was soft and creaky, making it uncomfortable to sleep in..ㅠ If you pay a little more attention to changing the beds and cleaning the floor, it would be the best value for money accommodation!

This time I went with my parents and children. The room was large, more than 40 square meters, with plenty of space to hang clothes and put luggage. It was a few minutes away from Daikokucho Station and there was a Life supermarket nearby. There was no sofa in the parent-child room, and it would be better to have a chair and a small coffee table. Overall it was great.

Love the fact that the place is safe and it’s near to the hitachi tower where you can get all kinds of food there. Not to forget it’s also near to the kuromon market a few minutes drive. Clean toilets and the apartment provide washing machine, shower kits hot water fridge and cooking equipments. It has big beds too! 100/10

Clean and comfortable, convenient for travel by subway, shopping malls such as Takashimaya and Daimaru Shinsaibashi are all within walking distance. If you are too lazy to walk, you can take the subway for only two stops. There are markets nearby; convenience supermarkets with cheap and good sushi 🍣, and bento 🍱 are cheap and delicious. There are two Don Quixote stores in Shinsaibashi that are very good to visit after running about two kilometers. I had a lot of fun 🥳

Amazing
빌빌드림We were a family of 4, so we were thinking about getting 2 rooms in a small hotel, but we chose this hotel because it had a 4-person room.
There was a washer/dryer, so it was convenient to do laundry, and there was a kitchen, but there was a 7-11 nearby, so we only used the microwave.
We stayed for 4 nights and 5 days, and on the 4th day, they made the bed once, and they threw away the trash in front of the door every day, and they changed the towels every day, so there was no inconvenience.
It was a bit far from the subway station for children, but it was not far from Namba OCAT Station, so it was easy to go to the airport by limousine, and Dotonbori was within walking distance.
The room looked smaller than in the picture, but the bathroom was bigger than expected, so it was suitable for 4 families with children.

DDianaIt’s an automatic Check in hôtel, with a “kitch” look. The hotel is in the middle of nowhere, but a 25 mn walk to the center. Hopefully we know that Japan is safe because it was a bit scary. Also, it’s very very small, mainly the bathroom. Not sure that large people can even use it. The beds were very hard. But it was clean, with all amenities needed. Good enough for 1 night but a bit expansive regarding the size of the bathroom and the neighborhood.

AAnonymous UserThe location, service and other things were good, but the room was too small to stay for 2 people, even if I reserved the biggest room in the hotel. I don't think it's proper for family trip and it's not hotel for me =( I need to change my hotel because of the size of the room.

PPolly296Our stay in apartment was very pleasant - convenient self check in, the location is near two convenient metro stations, a lot of stores around as well as a shop with ready made Japanese food (very cheap and perfect for returning from a long day). All the amenities were great, including the washing machine and capsules for washing, the true Japanese bathroom that combines shower and a bath. A great plus was a mini balcony and usb chargers. May be a little too loud during Friday night, cause there is a bar downstairs, but overall one of our best stays in Japan!

ZZhimingtingsuoniThe hotel is checked in on the second floor. There is no check-in machine at the front desk. It will give a gate password and bed number. Remember to take a photo. The kitchen of the public bathroom toilet seating area is on the third floor. The advantage is that you can cook. There are two large supermarkets nearby. After nine o'clock, the price is half. 50 RMB to eat and cattle is not a dream! The disadvantage is that people live too much and sleep well at night.
