Decor is excellent and the theme of the rooms is cohesive and smart. Excellent gym but pool was an additional cost, unless you have a suite. This was a disappointment and gives the place a cheap feeling.  There were lots of additional events being held at the hotel which gave the place a noisy and overly busy feel. Often large groups of party goers waiting for lifts at night. Corridors are also quite busy and noisy. There is a feel that hotel guests are a necessary afterthought when these events are held. Staff ranged from very nice to indifferent and sometimes even disdainful.  Overall I wouldn’t describe this hotel as peaceful or a place that makes you feel at ease.

A beautiful room but experienced a number of disappointments. Hotel guests must pay a supplement daily charge to use the swimming pools AND book at designated time slot. I have NEVER experienced this at any hotel anywhere in the world. I was in a premium room, but this policy applies to all guests, which I think is awful. It was also impossible to get a spa appointment during my stay. Zero preference given to hotel guests. I strongly suggest you book spa treatments at least a week in advance of your arrival. Also, there is no turndown service, unusual for a highly priced 5* hotel. Housekeeping also finishes very early, or isn’t interested in guests who don’t align with their schedule. I had to work in my room but left at 2:45pm and it was not cleaned despite signalling the room needed making up. The reception team were polite, but chaotic. Generally, the hotel restaurants seem more focused on catering to outside guests, which is a shame.

Very beautiful hotel! In the city center, it was the happiest day in Norway! The room decoration is very retro and environmentally friendly. I didn't bring slippers, and the slippers she gave me were not disposable. The bath products are byredo, which smells great! There is also a speaker in the room, which makes me feel like I'm back home. Because I left too early, I didn't enjoy breakfast. The hotel helped me pack two large breakfast bags at 5:30. It was very rich, but the taste was not familiar to me.

The whole hotel is very beautiful, it has been renovated to give it a retro feel, and it is very clean. However, the room is very small. Two people can only sit on the bed and the chair at the end of the room. It will be very crowded, and the suitcase cannot be opened if it is large.

The room was tiny and there was almost no room to stand on. Before I got up after 8 o'clock in the morning, a waiter knocked on the door and asked if I wanted to clean it. This was the first time that this happened to me while staying in a hotel. In addition, I was deducted 5,000 yuan from another room because of smoking, which made me feel completely unhappy. I was worried that a huge amount of money would be deducted when I couldn't find the room card. Fortunately, I found it later. In short, it affects my mood very much and the check-in experience is very poor.

The worst stay ever and the first negative review must be given to this hotel. I stayed on my own for three days and booked an extra room for one night for my companions on the first day. After checking out on the second day, my credit card was charged NOK 5,000 by the hotel. I asked the front desk and they were told that there was a fine for smoking in the room. I consulted with my travel companion and he said he was smoking in the bathroom. The problem was that he didn't know that smoking was not allowed in this room. Maybe I'm **, I didn't see a no-smoking sign in the room, no one reminded me when I checked in, and the 5,000 fine was too much! Equivalent to two nights' hotel expenses. This incident made my stay uneasy for the next two days, as I was afraid that there would be other deductions after I checked out. The room was so small that I couldn't even open my suitcase. Coupled with this incident, I was completely in a bad mood for a few days in Oslo.

It is a new hotel with rich colors. It is located in the city center and is within walking distance of nearby lively places. There are supermarkets, restaurants, cafes, and bars opposite the hotel. Oslo's Chinese food is also good.

The hotel looks cool and follows the Internet celebrity route. The details are very rough. The door frame of the hotel room is made of double-sided tape that keeps falling off and hanging on the door. The design of the bathroom toilet has a flush button under the toilet lid. Every time you use the toilet, you have to close the lid manually. The flush black sanitary ware looks good but the porcelain surface is of very poor quality and is not clean. I stayed seven nights and had a boring breakfast, but it was still rich. The main feature of the hotel is the restaurant on the top floor. It is said to be the best in Oslo. You need to make a reservation for dinner and don't need a white tablecloth. The smell is also That's it, nothing amazing at all. Maybe this is the Nordic style. The only compliment is that the employees are all handsome guys and girls with blond hair and blue eyes.
