The hotel and service were great. The check-in receptionist was very friendly, helpful and efficient. I also had an opportunity to meet a couple of the cleaning/service staff in the hall and they were so friendly and nice. These two young guys had a great attitude. It couldn't help but brighten your day. Our room was very clean and modern. Nice furniture and bedding. All in all this was a great pick for our mini vacation in Ottawa.

To be honest, it's really a lady! It's the kind of motel in the US and Canada. It's a place to sleep, and there are no facilities. It's lackluster. On the first day of check-in, the toilet handle was broken. Fortunately, it was repaired on the same day, otherwise what should I do!
