Ottawa Hotels with Breakfast

The location has some certain distance to subway stations, but it only matters if you arrive to or depart from the hotel using transit, as you might need to walk for around 10 minutes in order to get to the hotel. However, most of the attractions (Parliament, ByWard market) are within walkable distance (less than 20 minutes) so it is not a problem for me. The room is extremely spacious with even a kitchen and a printer for this price point, and the room is clean. However, the shower blinds have some gaps which seeps water to the floor wet while showering… The staff is really nice and friendly, and the free breakfast that comes with the room is good enough (I like the sausage and the egg bites). The laundry is 24/7 and comes with complimentary laundry sheets and powder, which is a big plus. However, do note that there is a certain chance that you’ll be assigned to a first floor room, which is essentially the ground floor… One of the entrance (the one next to the parking lot) for ground floor rooms can look a little bit sketchy at night. Since my room is also next to Elgin street where people go to the pubs at night, it can get a little bit noisy, but the bed is far away from the window so it sort of cancelled the disadvantage. It would be better if the front desk asked if a ground floor room was OK before giving the room cards.

The hostel is located in the downtown area, which is very convenient for traveling. They also offer activities such as Historical Jail Tour, walking to bars with other travellers (I cannot remember what they call it), and cookies decoration (during the Christmas season). Friendly and helpful staff. Affordable price.

Just needed hotel for one night. Easy check, check out. Clean room, well appointed. Met all of our needs. Would recommend to others

As a family of three, we really enjoyed our stay at the hotel, I definitely book again. Very close to shopping and highway 417. Hotel located in a very quiet area. I should thank Mr. Soheil at Reception who was very kind and helpful. Breakfast was also very good included hot/cold meals and fluits

Great stay. Central location downtown. Comfortable bed and pillows. Felt relaxed and revitalized. Room as upgraded at check in by the receptionist so that was a bonus!

Looks small from the outside, but the facilities inside are great! Breakfast includes meat, eggs, and milk, and you can even get fresh waffles made to order. The room is quite spacious too. The best part is there are three types of coffee to choose from, and two bottles of mineral water are provided. The lobby also offers 24-hour hot water. P.S. You still need to bring your own toothbrush, towel, and slippers. Their shower gel and shampoo are pretty standard.

Location & Accessibility The hotel is perfectly situated near the central business district and major transit hubs, making it ideal for both meetings and sightseeing. Room & Amenities The room was modern, impeccably clean, and featured high-quality bedding that ensured a restful sleep. The fitness center and pool were well-maintained with an efficient layout. Dining & Service The breakfast buffet offered a great variety of fresh options with prompt service. Most importantly, the staff provided professional and attentive hospitality from check-in to departure. Verdict A well-balanced hotel offering consistent quality and a productive environment. Highly recommended for business travelers.

The breakfast is rubbish, typically American, so there is nothing. Those who say it is good have obviously never been to hotels on other continents. The location is good, right on the edge of downtown Ottawa, so you can easily walk to the center. Parking is limited, so if you don't make a reservation in time in the morning, you won't have a place to park in the hotel, but there is a garage 5 minutes' walk away, which is also cheaper and can be easily walked. The biggest drawback of the hotel is that it is located next to the center for the homeless, and unfortunately many of them are not very clear-headed and it is very unpleasant to walk by them, day or night.

Great place to stay nice & clean not far from downtown . Private parking and room for 3 people was big with a big kitchen. I definitely recommend . Price is also affordable.

Pros: a parking lot with sufficient space (no need to book in advance). A shopping mall St Laurent is nearby. The breakfast is ok. There are 2 sockets and 2 USB-A outlet on each side of the bed. The staff are friendly in general. Cons: A bit far away from the tourist attractions downtown (around 10 minutes drive). The coffee from the in-room coffee machine was so-so. The air-conditioner was quite noisy. The TV in my room couldn't be turned off (It went off automatically after no-signal for a while anyway). There were some paper cups for coffee but no other glass / cups in the whole room even for brushing teeth so I had to use paper cups for brushing teeth (Is it considered environmental friendly?)
