Kkemigisha K brendahThe hotel is just strategically positioned, close to the airport and downtown. it is just in the middle. Breakfast is good and there are a variety of options. The Rooms are cleaned on a daily basis, are very spacious and items are replenished daily. Staff are welcoming and very ready to help at any time. The area is quite too though the facility is on a busy street. I would recommend everyone I know to stay at this hotel whenever they visit Ottawa.

SSandra MacauBooked this hotel last minute as we had to stay one extra night in the city and it was really amazing! This is a hotel I would definitely go back! The lady at the counter was extremely nice and she spoke Portuguese! She was really happy to be able to speak with us in Portuguese and we were happy she spoke Portuguese! The hotel location is really good, downtown near the parliament, and the room was amazing! Really big and spacious studio with a kitchen and a living room. Bed was really comfortable but the sofa bed was not that good (as in all hotels). Toilet was big and had all the amenities. Breakfast was good and had eggs, bacon, fruits, cereals, fresh waffles, chia pudding, bread, … They have private parking at an extra fee but the entrance is really narrow. There’s also street parking around at a fee.

Spacious room with fridge and microwave inside room, with ice machine for quick chill on soft drinks. Facilities are new and in great condition. Good location is another great point for easy access to outlet mall in 15 minutes on road, and just 30 minutes on driving for Ottawa.

AAlicia York-BirdI've stayed at this hotel several times now; I enjoy how clean, quiet, and nicely decorated the suites and the hotel itself are! The bathrooms are beautiful, very clean, and well-appointed, as are the rooms themselves. Very pleased and will stay here again when my travels take me through this area once more.

The room was clean and nicer than expected from the images and the service was great! The front desk allowed me to request for a late checkout due to a last minute flight situation but he was super nice and understanding about it. Would stay again if I need an airport accommodation. The breakfast spread was decent and the carbs selection was more than expected!

I've stayed here several times now, as the location is very convenient when I'm travelling to this area. The hotel is nice enough and the rooms are nicely decorated; the mattress is very comfortable! Check in and out is always speedy and professional, which is highly appreciated.
