"Within a half hour of checking in , I had to call the desk and complain about teenagers running up and down my hall, yelling, and their dog barking. This continued despite several complaints from myself and other guests. It continued until 2 pm, meaning the hotel basically had 12 hours to deal with the issues, but despite their claims of giving several warnings, it was never resolved. I voiced my displeasure when checking out and in several texts to management but they felt they did everything they could and simply offered an apology. Somehow "sorry" doesn't make up for a ruined weekend! There are many hotels in Ottawa...pick a different one!!!"

"Room is in good size even for a family. There 5-6 lifts but there are always long queues for lifts there. The lifts do not seem to serve their purpose well. In the morning, the hotel controls all lifts. You can’t press Down Button for a life to come down to check out or to the car park. You have to wait till someone who comes out to where you are on a lift way up or down. Never found hotel lifts operating so weirdly 😳 After checking out, I tried to take the stairs case to go down to the car park, I couldn’t do that because a room key was required to access the staircase😖 The electric door lock for our room had been beeping most of the time. Informed hotel to fix it."
