The beds are absolutely heavenly. It’s like sleeping on a cloud. Bathtubs were nice and deep for soaking. Hotel has multiple dining options although times may not align to you typical dining hours. Breakfast was by far our favorite and included with the rate. Staff provided excellent service.

Returning from a one-week stay in Dubrovnik in Croatia. Very beautiful city full of history, magnificent Adriatic Sea. Standard of living identical to France. We quickly toured the city, we made 3 day trips, Mostar and the Kravuce Falls in Bosnia-Herzegovina, cruise to the Elaphiti Islands, and finally Kotor in Monte*****. 1 tip, when you arrive at the airport for exchange, add a small amount to pay for the bus that takes you to Dubrovnik. For the rest, make your change in Dubrovnik much more interesting.

I’ve been in this hotel for the last 15 day of August, I could/should say, it I very convenient location a big plus is the service and quality of it, eating will never disappoint you a the restaurant; the staff including the Chef will spoil you, if not, they will make sure something can be arranged to make you happy, they will help and treat you like a family, at the restaurant Sofiane and his colleagues are amazing. While taking care of yourself and your room, Narimane, Marouane and Siham (I am 100%, I misspelled their names) are very lovely and 150% committed to be your comfortability. Ahh… the front desk staff are as good as mother could be, they make sure you are comfortable, safe, and good serviced. What can I tell you, I am 100% and 1000 time happy customer.

The hotel has a long history and is said to be where the previous king lived. It has been renovated, the design and decoration of each floor are very beautiful, the environment is very good, the bed is big and new, and the view from the balcony is very good and stylish. The service attitude is very good, and there is also a meal delivery service. Breakfast is not bad. Although the toilet occasionally smells a bit, after all, it is a hotel with a history, but I still like it here very much. The only thing that is not perfect is the Chinese restaurant on the first floor. The Chinese food is delicious, and the Beijing soup is delicious. However, the steak and pasta we ordered did not have sauce. We asked the waiter to give us some sauce and took two This time it was very thin soup, I don't know what it is made of, anyway, it is completely different from what we ate before. The waiter may be unhappy, and told us to go to the kitchen to make it ourselves if we are not satisfied. This has reduced the restaurant a lot of points.

Excellent experience in this hotel I discovered in Algiers, a highly skilled and friendly staff. Always suggesting their help, explaining every time free or included services that you may miss, Managing Director used to take coffee at breakfast and not hesitating to smile and asking if any issues. Rooms, lobbies and restaurant are beautiful, nice tidy and welcoming. I travelled for decades around the world, it is one my Top 10.

I was injured on the plane and arrived at the hotel in a wheelchair. He gave me as much support as possible, such as changing rooms and responding to emergency response in the middle of the night. We have booked a suite for 2 adults and 2 children at 1700 DA by night with breakfast. In the hotel, it is not called a 4-person room, just to tell it in advance that it is a double room with extra mattresses ... more, they didn't want to give us towels for children. On a positive note, the view from the sea-facing rooms is absolutely gorgeous and the private balconies are a great place to relax. The rooms are large and the beds are comfortable, however signs of age and lack of maintenance are starting to show. Whilst some staff are friendly and courteous, the majority behave more like civil servants than people in the hospitality industry. “The customer comes first” is definitely missing in their training manuals. Instead, one is made to feel that compliance to their rules is more important. I asked room service for an iron and was told no irons were provided because I “had to use the hotel laundry service”. My colleagues and I were told off by the security guard at the door for bringing bottled water into the hotel because “we had to purchase it in-house”. I waited over 20 minutes after a very long journey for someone to show up at the front desk and check me into my room. My check-in was interrupted twice by other guests requesting their room keys to be reprogrammed and instead of asking them to wait or refer them to a colleague, I was left hanging. The hotel is regularly used for ministerial meetings and visits, and the customer service declines even further as staff rush to cater to government officials and their entourages instead of their guests.
