Was a short trip but a wonderful experience.. good breakfast spread

Breakfast is delicious, but the staff likes to watch you while you're eating, which makes you feel uncomfortable.

The security guard was very rude and really discriminatory, I stayed at this hotel because there was a family who had surgery at the hospital, actually 5 rooms in the hotel next door at QUDS ROYAL HOTEL, because the availability of rooms was lacking, my children and I took 2 rooms at this hotel, initially booked 1 night from April 20-21, 2025 in the name of Solxx Ahxxx Goxxxx with the hope of being at the QUDS ROYAL HOTEL hotel but it turned out there was none, I booked another 2 rooms at this hotel in the name of MOx JAxxx Soxxx at night my child ran out of drinking water, I bought it at the Alfamart next to the QUDS hotel when I dropped off my child, I asked my child to get off because I was using a motorbike and my car was parked in QUDS and I had guests in QUDS when I was delivering water, my child got off, I went straight to the front door because I had guests and the security guard chased him away rudely, I explained that my child had taken water and had gotten off, there was still no tolerance and the way he spoke was really not an educated person, it seems like the security guard just grabbed it without any SOP the night before I walked The feet of the hotel next to him were indeed pacing back and forth and the way he asked him was he sat down calling "oi oi where are you going" like he wasn't a security guard, he seemed like a ****

The food is very delicious.. but yesterday's room had a problem with the bathroom exhaust not working.. so when I wanted to defecate it was a bit smelly.. but overall it was comfortable and the food was plentiful and delicious🥰❤️

The hot water is still off. The shower sometimes turns on by itself even though it hasn't been used

The hotel is old... the rooms need to be renovated, the bathroom is outdated, the shower is quite fast but the hot water isn't even warm... well it's disappointing luckily it's only booked overnight...

The service and food are delicious

It's quite close if you want to make a pilgrimage to the grave, but you still have to use a pedicab

Strategic hotel in the Ampel area, shower water flowing... great the air conditioner is cold..the food is pretty good
