The facilities was excellent, it is a little bit far from Sapporo station but there are some bus stop options to go to Sapporo station. The food was nice as well as the price is much cheaper compared to other hotels. I went there during the peak season of the snow festival.

Wow, I have to share my incredible experience at this hotel! It's absolutely beyond anything I expected. The cleanliness is impeccable, the staff are super friendly, and the breakfast is delicious! Plus, the facilities are amazing—all at such an affordable price! This place truly exceeded all my expectations!

Very Good Hotel

Pros: free parking, friendly staff even help to guide me when parking side is narrow even raining drizzling, breakfast is pretty good. Cons: location is far away from main city & surrounding have no interesting spot for tourists. Not English spoken staff, so you got to know Japanese. Hotel is very old. Room is small. Overall if you like quite & free car park hotel, with traditional breakfast this is ok option otherwise better opt of other hotel

Good hotel with good location, I would recommend it especially in winter snow festival times

The room is really nice. I chose this hotel because it has free parking, good breakfast and free coffee in the lobby. I don't have high requirements, so it's fine!

The hotel is a 30-minute walk from JR Shiroishi Station. The surrounding transportation facilities are not good. A taxi costs about 1,500 yen. The hotel can assist in making reservations. The hotel staff has a good service attitude, the breakfast is also good, and there is a parking lot, which is suitable for self-driving.

Very satisfied, there is a small bathhouse downstairs for bathing, and the bathing facilities inside the room are also top-notch. The hotel is in a good location, and you can directly see the night view of Sapporo from the room. Very satisfied

Because I didn't check whether it was non-smoking. The non-smoking room was like hell. It was really uncomfortable. The room was not big. The location was far from the subway. It took 30 minutes to walk in winter. It was very uncomfortable. The breakfast was delicious. The dining environment was good. This point 👍 The facilities are really old

When I made the reservation, I requested a room as far away from the elevator as possible on a high floor, and they gave me a corner room on the 4th floor. The room was clean and comfortable. The standard facilities were sufficient. However, there were Chinese tourists staying at this hotel, so it was the worst if you were to stay with them. Unfortunately, I ended up with them at breakfast, and the breakfast didn't taste good at all because of the loud yelling and noise.

This hotel is a typical Japanese-style hotel. It has complete facilities such as ice machines and washing machines. There is also a large bath that you can use. The breakfast is also very rich. It is definitely worth the price. The only drawback is that it is a 20-minute walk to Shiroishi Station.
