I was having a lot of trouble in the smoking room that I had accidentally booked and they were super accommodating in helping me find another room.

The facilities was excellent, it is a little bit far from Sapporo station but there are some bus stop options to go to Sapporo station. The food was nice as well as the price is much cheaper compared to other hotels. I went there during the peak season of the snow festival.

Wow, I have to share my incredible experience at this hotel! It's absolutely beyond anything I expected. The cleanliness is impeccable, the staff are super friendly, and the breakfast is delicious! Plus, the facilities are amazing—all at such an affordable price! This place truly exceeded all my expectations!

The hotel is quite far from the city center. The room was fine.

The location is a bit out of the way, but it's acceptable if you're taking taxis. It's a very basic hotel option.

Very Good Hotel

Pros: free parking, friendly staff even help to guide me when parking side is narrow even raining drizzling, breakfast is pretty good. Cons: location is far away from main city & surrounding have no interesting spot for tourists. Not English spoken staff, so you got to know Japanese. Hotel is very old. Room is small. Overall if you like quite & free car park hotel, with traditional breakfast this is ok option otherwise better opt of other hotel

The staff were impolite. They spoke rudely to foreigners. The bedroom was dirty with black stains. The worst service in Hokkaido compared to all the hotels I've ever stayed at.
