The room was spacious and clean, perfect for a family stay. The hotel staff were truly exceptional, offering superb service from the moment we arrived until we departed, even assisting us with our luggage right to our car.

Good value for money. The location is great, approximately 30 minutes from Minangkabau Airport. The room was quite spacious and clean. The air conditioning was strong and cold, which was a welcome comfort given Padang's hot climate. Breakfast offered a wide selection, featuring both traditional Minang dishes and more general options. Everything tasted delicious, and they even served traditional *jamu*. Highly recommended for those looking for a stopover hotel in the Padang area, especially because it's not too far from the airport.

It's over rated.. doesn't have hair comb nor cotton buds || Internet doesn't even open google sometimes.. very slow and bad.. no options on breakfast mainly Indonesian food .. cleanliness not up to standards.. air con sound is very noisy.. but the location is good and the employees are nice and friendly

The cleanliness inside room really need to be improved a lot. I got bath towel with stain and visible stain insode the bathroom near the sink. TV was not working and the TV's screen got something on the surface. However, the variety of foods during breakfast buffet was good. My first and last time stayed at this hotel.

Location is great. But hotel shower came with murkier water. It was dealt swiftly by the hotel maintenance. But tht leaves a bad experience.

Please work on maintenance and pay a good attention to it

I recently had such a pleasant and wonderful experience stay here. The hospitality so good and great amenities. The variety and delicious food with local delicacies at breakfast. Sure will repeat here again!
