Techno Music till 1 am We stayed at Cavalieri Hotel in Palermo from the 27 to the 29th December 2024. The hotel is nice, very well located ... But .... If you booked the hotel to rest peacefully at night, pay attention !! The hotel has a party room and they rent it out for parties .... This night we had very loud techno music inside the hotel till 1 am ..... We couldn't sleep ... We called the reception and they said they couldn't do anything ....

Very nice hotel with very charming decor in common areas. Front desk staff was very kind and helpful!! Safe clean neighborhood with parking right in front for a fee right in front of hotel. Great choices for dinner or lunch within 1 to 3 blocks. We took a nice short walk to great stores. Breakfast buffet room was very nice with only a fair selection. I will definitely be staying at this hotel on my next visit to Palermo!!

We arrived a day before our group and were given the worst room they had (we think). The room we got had mold with strong odor, in multiple places. The shower had clear walls and was positioned at the entrance. Breakfast was fine.

Best Western Ai Cavalieri Hotel is classical and strategically located in the historical and business heart of Palermo. The rooms were well appointed and comfortable. The breakfast room was an indoor-outdoor tented facility that was bright and cheerful. The lobby area contained a selection of newspapers and a always full jar of candies. The hotel had WiFi connection all over the facility and its bar served up wonderful Aperol Spritzes after a hot afternoon of touring and shopping. Set in a quiet residential neighborhood, one could open their windows a night for fresh air without fear of noise pollution. This hotel fully met our needs.

because the rooms are so small that they should decorate somewhat, not one picture on the wall, the bare minimum on towels, no ventilation inside the bathroom, way overpriced of what I'm accustomed to, 15 euro for parking in front, unless you paid an extra 20 euro for two people, there's no breakfast

I stayed at this hotel for one week in October 2023. This was my first time in Sicily and my first time in Palermo. I had a very memorable experience indeed! The rooms are very clean and comfortable. They are also very spacious! The hotel is also located in an excellent location close to the Mercato Ballaro and it's just right around the corner from Piazza Politeama. The staff were all very friendly, polite, and helpful. I would definitely stay there again and definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who is thinking of going to Palermo!

The hotel was booked for 2 guests. We get there, can not find parking and no air conditioner in lobby. The hotel clerk said too bad for you but we have only 1 guest on reservations. So good for me. I didn't have internet to check on my bw app so I believed him . He laughs at us and says 50 more euros per night. So we had to pay 50 more euros so we could rest. Later. We Looked at reservations. He was wrong. It did have two guests. No parking but paid for parking. They just move your car around when you have to leave the keys with the front desk. Horrible experience. Not professional and no customer service. I strongly do not recommend this hotel.

Very disappointed with service. Asked for a room change after the first night because my room was particularly dark and depressing. I asked early before I knew that a large influx of guests were due to arrive in the afternoon. I was told to check back. After I did, they said no because all rooms were booked. Yet while I sat in the lobby they checked in even more people, I also went on the web and could have paid for a room, so rooms were still available. When I asked why they could give others rooms but not me, all of a sudden they couldn’t understand what I was saying very conveniently - a language barrier!! The man behind the desk insisted they were full, was very dismissive of me, and was particularly unhelpful.

The location is excellent. Nearby attractions, restaurants, shops and not too far from the historic district and Palermo Markets. The staff at the hotel were extremely nice checking in and answering any questions or directions needed. The room was perfect for my needs with a great view, air conditioning and a nice balcony (room 304).

This was my second time staying at the lovely BWAC hotel in Palermo ! The staff is top notch and the hotel so lovely !It is immaculate! The hotel felt like our home away from home . It is conveniently located so you can walk everywhere! I honestly would not stay anywhere else in Palermo. I hope to return next January.

We booked this hotel through Delta Vacations to be close to food and attractions the week leading up to NewYears. Convenient, safe and quiet location with bus (Prestia e Comande) from/to airport 5 minute walk from hotel, near Politeama Square. Hotel was also about 6 minute walk to Teatro Massimo and close to a grocery store and wonderful restaurants. Clean, spacious, comfortable room with balcony. I would recommend including the breakfast package with your room rate. So many wonderful choices: Cereal, fruit, yogurt, eggs, hot and cold meats and cheeses, breads, toast, pastries, dessert breads, juices, American coffee and Italian Cappuccino and Espresso. Friendly staff—especially Linda!
