The hotel is located close to the airport, so do not be shocked that you can hear planes all time long. Really close to the public beach, and some shops and coffees. The swimming pool is clean, not small. Breakfast and dinner - depends on the day. Some days are super equipped, some days nothing to choose from. Unfortunately, the receptionist (woman with dark linger hair) was not kind and even asked in advance - denied the request of paying for an additional 2h for late check out in order to pick up an important meeting at work via laptop and denied giving access to one room they have for guests for an emergency stay. Never happened in my life before in this chain of hotels. In the room even the cleaning staff was requested, no recharge of soap or shampoo... And that's the reason I won't recommend the place - bad personnel can destroy good moments.

Hotel was in a decent location, easy to get to from the airport, for anyone enquiring I'd suggest getting the bus (taxi was excessively expensive), the reason I'd say the service was average was due to them making me go up to my room twice seeing as the card key wasn't working, in the end they called their technician who changed the the battery on the door lock.. For me at that point being tired and grouchy I didn't think the service was great. But overall can't complain, room was decent, all very clean etc. Would like to revisit on another occasion for a longer stay:)

2nd stay in this hotel for us; the first time in 2021. The hotel is located close to the beach and the long promenade which runs along the beach is very lively, and very pleasant for strolling: restaurants, small supermarkets, numerous clothing and beach goods stores. The breakfast is excellent and very varied; we really enjoyed it this time again. (we had taken the PD formula only but we noticed that the dinner was also very varied, we had tested it the previous time) The staff is very helpful and attentive. The bathroom had a bathtub, and 2 sachets of shower gel were provided each day (+ 2 soaps), hair dryer in the bathroom. The bedroom is large enough, equipped with a wardrobe. The only downside for us was that ours was located on the fairly busy road side, but nevertheless bearable.

The room is small but clean and the service is good. It's very convenient to take the bus when going out, and it's not far from the seaside. There is a small bar at the door where you can sit and have a drink at night, which is very relaxing and relaxing.

Wonderful hotel, helpful and very friendly staff. They try to make a variety of dinners, breakfast is a little monotonous, but this is not a problem. After check-out, they are allowed to use the shower and help in every possible way. The location is very convenient, 30 minutes to Palma not during rush hour. By bus number 25, the stop is right behind the hotel.

supper big and good with delicious breakfast and kind staff, they can call the taxi for you and there is a bus stop right at the gate of the hotel, it’s really convenient. We really had a good time at the hotel and it’s near the airport only cost 7mins so we can save time there.

I booked the Hotel Pabisa Sofia for one night two days after it opened after the winter break. The 4-star hotel was renovated in 2024, which you can see in the foyer and the rooms through the new design and new bathrooms. I had only booked an overnight stay in a single room, but was given a double room for single occupancy. The rooms are very nicely decorated, but very small. I would therefore not book the Sofia for a longer vacation, especially since there is little closet space and little storage space in the bathroom. The location is OK. The hotel is in one of the back (3rd) rows of the beach. It is about 300 meters to the beach. It is about 5 kilometers to the airport. I did not have breakfast or dinner, so I cannot give a rating. Due to the recent opening, the hotel was extremely cheap to book (for under 50 euros). It will be more expensive in the season. And then it will be loud in the eight-story hotel with more than 300 rooms because of the proximity to Ballermann and the bars there, with the party crowd. As in many Spanish hotels, the rooms are very thin due to the way they are built, the room doors are very, very thin and let in noise. The view is not that great. My room faces the back and overlooks the neighboring Riu Festival hotel. In terms of staff, I only had to deal with reception staff, but they were all very friendly and accommodating.
