Worst no service no cleanliness no hygiene scary never recommend to any one it’s too bad. No maintance

Very poor service totally untidy room ac broken had to change room no paint on wall. Ac was giving sparking

Pros: 1) Amazing location, easy access to beach. 2) Great food. You get authentic Goan cuisine, as well as multi-cuisine staples. 3) Polite, friendly staff and prompt service. 4) Well stocked bar 5) Chill music performance every night. 6) Everything is DIRT CHEAP Cons: 1) Entire property is in a state of disrepair. 2) Cleanliness/ hygiene can be an issue 3) Beware of staff members who run rackets vis-a-vis cab services and entry to tourist attractions etc.

Room needs complete renovation. Bathroom need deep cleaning. No phone in the room. Hard water in bathroom.

Check after 2 hour of check in. Very poorly maintained property, zero security, zero hygiene, rooms condition very phatatic. Better properties can be opted at same price. I checked out only after 2hours of check in, this property is terrible with no security, cleanliness, hygiene, rooms condition is poor, straw digs are roaming inside property, no boundary on back side. My 8000 rupees were spoiled with this property as i decoded to check out only after 2 hours and even i was not issued refund. Mm t should give proper options and request mm t to refund me amount.

Very nice and peaceful property, long beach away from city buzz. Excellent restaurant facilities and catering. Love your garden and landscapes. Centrally located and economic. Swimming pool wel maintained.

The environment, the vibe was superb staff behaviour was extra decency, almost humbleness suggestions : kindly keep small soap and shampoo in the bathroom

Poorly managed cottage, stinking washroom. Waste of money. Only good part is location and a open restaurant with live music

Location is best, but property is getting old. Renovation needed for wooden things. Hospitality also good. Only soap is complementary. Shampoo paste must be added, bottled water coffee tea bags must be added.
