Night spent with the family, great welcome, it's nice to see young (men) smiling and welcoming! Large, clean and very pleasant room! Bath and shower to delight young and old!! And a quality breakfast! If we pass by again, we will definitely be back!

ibis styles montargis arboria (room 106) Basic hotel rooms. Air-condition, Wi-Fi, Hair dryer and Safety box in the room. Free parking for cars, no need to book in advance. Poor breakfast, not much to choose from and the staff is not refilling fast enough before it gets empty, only good thing is the fresh orange juice machine. No refrigerator and no free water bottles in the room. Staff doesn't speak english. It's a basic hotel for taekwondo guests that have their tournaments 15min drive from the hotel, as it's nothing around the hotel when walking.

I have stayed at this hotel few times (even before it became an Ibis hotel) in the past and was quite happy, but this time it was really poor. Upon my late arrival, it was surprising to see that the hotel wasn’t as it should be, no cups at the shower, towels were old and very thin/old. shower water flow was poor and the shaving mirrors was hanging free with no control. I complained in the morning on all these problems and the lady at the reception told me that they will take care on all problems. when I came back late night, not only that they didn’t fix any of the problems, they didn’t even bother to clean my room, I complained to the hotel manager the next morning, he apologized and advised that he has a problem with the cleaning staff but could help me…

Stayed here on our way back to Dieppe and we were pleasantly surprised. Friendly staff, clean hotel and rooms and well laid out. The only thing missing was a kettle in the room which on our trip back and forth to Spain was the only hotel not to have a kettle. That said we were pleased with the hotel overall.

We booked this place as it was half way in our road trip and it was perfect for a family overnight. Cute okay space downstairs to keep a toddler happy and a table football for the kids. Big room, travel cot all set up on arrival. Generous breakfast and lovely staff who made it all as easy and stress free as possible We booked as we left for the return trip. Perfect for family stopovers

Une hôtesse d accueil (petite à lunettes) désagréable au possible. Pas de sourire, aucune compassion envers les clients. Nous avions réservé une chambre avec 3 lits mais d après elle il fallait préciser qu’il fallait ouvrir les 2 pour les enfants… logique ou pas ??!! La logique voudrait que les 2 soient ouverts et si pas utilisés et bien tant pis. Mais le soucis c est qu elle reste sur ses positions et maintient 3 fois de suite en gros que ce n’est pas de leur faute et que s il y a 2 enfants, pas besoin d un autre lit. Alors virez le 2e canapé lit dans ce cas. Dommage car le jeune homme (blond) était très sympathique à notre arrivée. Bref… pas intéressante cette personne donc passons. Petit déjeuner très léger tout de même. Plusieurs personnes s en plaignaient d ailleurs mais ne laisseront sans doute pas d avis. Douche noire sur certains joints sinon très propre La connexion de la télévision indiquait un signal trop faible pour obtenir les chaînes souhaitées donc pas de télé… Emplacement parfait pour nous car nous voulions être au calme pour passer une bonne nuit mais bon avec un canapé lit de mauvaise qualité pour 2 pré ado nous avons fini à 3 dans le lit kingsize qui était heureusement parfait. Nous ferons sûrement un nouveau séjour dans cette enseigne mais certainement pas cet hôtel et nous passerons le message sans aucun doute

Drap sale oublié au sol de la chambre par la femme de ménage. Poils (de chien?) sur la moquette. Eau chaude juste tiède. Pas de chauffage alors qu'il a fait 3°C le matin et pas de couverture supplémentaire. On a un peu grelotté. J'adhère au club accor et à ce titre j'ai droit à une boisson de bienvenue. Là ça a été oublié. Choix des produits du petit déjeuner guère plus que dans un ibis budget. Pas de pain de mie, pas de charcuterie sauf jambon blanc un peu sec. J'ai dormi dans des ibis styles plus confortables.

Nous sommes venons avec mon fils dans le cadre d une compétition sportive. Accueil super en dépit de notre arrivée tardive. Chambre très agréable, calme l, bien équipée et bien décorée. Le petit déjeuner est servi des 6h avec de très bons produits.

Bien que situé dans une zone artisanale en rase campagne, l'hôtel est très agréable. Grande chambre (sur classement) avec canapé, fauteuil, table ronde et bureau. W-C séparés, douche-baignoire. Wi-Fi fonctionnel. Bonne isolation phonique. Petit déjeuner (buffet mais absence de plateaux) : viennoiseries, thé (en vrac), café, madeleines, jambon blanc, fromages, yaourts (absence de fromage blanc), fruits secs, pains, jus de fruits (+ oranges pressées). Restaurant et piscine non testés.
