Luxury hotel near City of Dreams Solaire NAIA MOA- City of bridge Reviews

The accommodation information says there are 3 beds, but it's actually 2. Although we said we needed 3 beds when we made the reservation, there were only 2 beds, one in each of the two bedrooms. We mentioned this after checking in, but the only reply we got was "please make a reservation." We made a reservation for 2 nights, but we received an email at 9am just before checkout saying that the beds would be ready, and the person in charge came to the room 5 minutes later, but it was too late. It seems that up to 6 people can stay, but it's too small for 6 people. I think it would be a good hotel for 4 people, 2 couples. We were 3 men, so it would be pointless if there were not 3 beds. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. This is a shame. The correct information is 2 bedrooms, 2 beds. Extra bed available. We did not have the extra bed, so one person had to sleep on the sofa instead. I think it's unavoidable that they made a mistake. However, although the response was slow and I felt their sincerity, it is not worthy of a good rating.
