We are a family of 5 persons so I booked 2 bedrooms suit without breakfast but due to the website translation the booking was only one person so I sent an email. The hotel contacted us 10 days before to authorize the payment which I did. But when we arrived we were asked to pay 560€ more which I refused and discuss with them. The manager was looking and listening but didn’t interfere. I started looking for another hotel while in the hotel lobby because I know Istanbul districts by heart and I know that umranya is a very remote and low rate district. I booked a 5 stars hotel with advantages and I told them I am no longer going to stay there. They were surprised and tried to changed my mind and only then the manager came in. I was given an 50/ discount of the 560€ then 100/ discount on that rate. He asked me to stay paying no raise but I refused because I had already got a good non refundable offer. He asked me where I was going to stay and I told him a hotel near my new hotel because I suspected the way he insisted to know. They refused to pay my deposit . After some days i discovered that the *********** was prohibited in Turkey and I believe because we were Arabs the thought we were unable to manage our bookings without that website and that’s why there were shocked when we decided to leave before even checking in. I think if I was Turkish or Europian they wouldn have never discussed it. But thanks to Allah we changed the hotel and the only thing we missed actually was the washing machine only.

Therefore, you would agree that requesting an additional fee for the remaining 4 people is a procedure we are obliged to follow. Subsequently, in order to ensure a smooth stay for you and your satisfaction, it was communicated that these extra person charges would not be applied. However, you expressed a desire to depart without even having seen the room. It's important to note that this issue is unrelated to the ban on *********** in Turkey, as it is known that the relevant website is accessible and functional for our international guests to make reservations. Regarding your comments about the area, we would like to inform you that the relevant website shares location information clearly and provides detailed information about what is in the vicinity and whether we are close to certain places. As a result, our hotel initiated its routine cancellation procedure to partially cover the costs of this unsold/unsellable room. Despite the negative experience we have inadvertently caused you, we sincerely hope you can accept our apologies. If given the opportunity, we would like to make amends for this in the future. Stayed here for 12 nights in a two bedroom suite. Helpful staff. We arrived early in the morning at 5.30am and they gave us a one bedroom to stay in for a few hours which was good for the kids as they were very tired. Then they moved us to a two bedroom suite in the afternoon. Location was good as there is a shopping mall next door with good eating options with other restaurants nearby. Good for transportation as buses and taxis were easy to get. Breakfast was good with Tayfun and his colleagues always happy to see us in the morning. The sauna and steam room was great and a nice pool area. Great views from our corner room. The room was showing signs of needing repairs. The shower tray was very soft so felt like we were having a shower standing on a sponge. Other than that enjoyed our stay and would stay here again Tip - if you are travelling from UK, you will need power adapters as all plug sockets were two pin sockets

We had our vacation last January 06 to 09, by mistake we booked Feb 06 to 09, I called the hotel and Usman thankfully accepted us in. We were three families Onur was very helpful to accommodate us in nearby floors. we understand we were travelling during COVID19, they were understaffed. occupancy was full during those days however service was fantastic with the price we are paying Following are few things that need to be improved: 1- Sauna timing 2- Sauna instructions in English 3- Access to elevators at Parking B1 $ B2 4- Garbage dump duct in floors 5- Remotes control for room A/C

I stayed for business purpose. Family and long-term travelers can greatly benefit from the services available in the room. I like that it is spacious and in the comfort of home. The usual interest and satisfaction awareness of the staff made me happy.

The hotel is very bad. The hotel management is bad. The hotel staff are thieves. They stole a large sum of money and my passport. I filed a complaint against the hotel.

Great stay in this amazing apartment my 4th time coming the cleaner is amazing she is always very helpful fatma nur. Would 100-% recommend washing facilities available too so you don’t have to take all your washing home with you. Perfect

The hotel is a great place to stay in istanbul for families, a nearby mall with supermarket and some nearby restaurant is a positive. The friendly helpful staff (especially Reyhan and Samet) and near to metro station (you may need to use the bus or a atxi to get to there)

Well the property towels were not in good condition at all; plus there sounds from people walking in the corridor that you can always hear. I believe there should be more staff that speak English because it makes it hard to communicate. The food from the restaurant was not as much as you would expect from any 4-5 stars hotel.

Amazing hotel with amazing employees, either at the reception or reservation office especially Mrs. Rihan Orol and Mr. Samit Yildierrire I recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort and calm for me I will back again and again in the future insha allah

The location is good with a shopping mall next door. Staff all friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good, Tayfun was very helpful as well as all other breakfast staff. Overall hotel condition was average as the room started showing signs of needing repair such as the shower tray which was bending when you stood inside it feeling like you were standing on a cloud while having a shower. Great views of Istanbul from our corner suite. Lots of eating places right outside the hotel. I would stay here again.
