The room was clean. Near by Seine river and Effiel Tower. Once walk out from the hotel, you will see the Effiel Tower right away. Convenient location. You can plan the boat trip, visit to the Effiel Tower and walk around the neighborhood with a lot of good restaurants! A valuable deal considering the room price and location.

Cozy hotel with a convenient location. Minutes walk to eiffel tower and some rooms with the eiffel tower view.

The only good thing of this hotel is the half eiffel tower view (I'm on lv 10) and the free minibar daily. But when we check in, the staff didn't tell us about the free minibar. Instead we overheard another staff telling another tourist about it 😐. Don't bother calling the reception or house keeping via the phone line. It's basically non existence. Not sure why the phone is there if no one is gonna pick it up. Note: we did not call just once. We called daily because they did not replenish the shower cap at all. But no one pick up for all the days and we eventually give up on it too. Room is very small and cramp. Had told e staff that I have extended the stay via Accor main page booking during check in. And guess what? I still get lock out of my room on the last day.. fortunately they didn't move my luggage out or ask me to change room 🤣

It was great experience for my family first time in Paris. The hotel stuffs were very friendly & helpful. And it is just a walking distance to the Eiffel Tower.

It’s 4 star hotel but not have a bottle water in room…Seriously!!!. Room cleaning is worst ever, Room key if keep inside room, when come for clean they just take away without inform us… so crazy… even I informed 2 times in 2 days still they take it back, looks like they don’t care anything, people stay and pay for 4 star hotel not just for a bed and sleep but for a service. I feel so sad but this is first time I give a bad comments on a hotel because it’s really worst experience on this hotel. I hope they can recover it.

Its so close to Eiffell tower. Clean and quiet area. Its so close to the trains as well. Will definitely recommend and will stay here again when we find ourselves in Paris again👍👍👍

close to Eiffel tower, no view from the room but u can go downstairs to capture good views of the ET. As for room, its old, dusty and dirty. for example... u can not fix the position of shower head even they taped it. Formica on all doors chipped off; the toilet bowl had yellow stains(sori to attach unsightly pic); dusty carpet and head board. this was the worst i ever had in Paris. Dont blame the cleaner... the hotel is simply worn out. Check in staff was very helpful and nice but the lady i talked to on the second day was very unfriendly. Something good... the bed gave good support and breakfast at 21 euro was reasonable.

Good location but amenity is just very simple, just paper cup for brushing teeth

The location was excellent, very close to Eiffel tower. They also keep your luggage if you come early before your check in and after you check out which is really good for traveller. Room was a bit small, but can accomodate couple like us, and for those who does not stay much in the room. There are opportunities to improve on cleanliness, like stain on the wall near the bedside table, we had tea and coffee but no proper cup and kettle to boil water, was calling customer service at night to request for it but no answer so had to leave it for the next day. We had no shampoo in the room, no handwashing soap, and had to use bathroom tissue because we only had 4 pcs tissue left in the box. Hair dryer was not working properly. I always look and stay as much as possible, in Mercure hotel everytime we travel as I had good experience before, this time is a bit different but I know they can improve it for future.

The location was good as it was not too far away from our business meeting. The hotel room was really nice and clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Super near to Eiffel tower and metro, everything is within walking distance, can consider this hotel while in Paris but it's very busy and the staff is not helpful (maybe not enough staff, only 2 to 3 staff in front desk)

Room very small and and not worth it for value for money. Suppose i receive quen bed, but hotel just combine small bed make it quen bed.
