GGuest UserThe apartment booked here is too cost-effective. There is a big bed and a bunk bed. We traveled with two people and could actually live in 4. And the area is much larger than the hotel. The location is near Courtyard. After we compared it, we chose a large area of apartments. Check in is when we arrive, call the housekeeper to add WeChat and guide us in. The housekeeper responded promptly and very enthusiastically. The same location is also great, you can cross the bridge to the central area by walking two intersections.

AAnton from MoscowAbsolutely amazing stay. Every staff member we met was hospitable and helpful from the very start of the reservation process. The hotel location is perfect: not only inside Baščaršija with its cafes and restaurants, but next to a supermarket and a drugstore. The hotel has its own parking lots located in a one-minute walk. We had a room on the third floor (yes, there's an elevator) with a nice view on the Gazi Husrev-beg mosque. The room was clean, quiet, and had everything we needed. The breakfast was good, a couple of dishes changed every day. The hotel is highly recommended.

My only concern is the breakfast time & the service that is provided Customer . Service is 0. It needs to be improved & staff need to be well trained & understand what is customer service. Otherwise its a place to be.

GGuest UserThe hotel is located in the core area of the center of Sarajevo, on the edge of the main road (in fact, the main road is very small), it is very convenient to walk to the scenic spot. Because Sarajevo is very small and the road is narrow, it is not recommended to drive, walking is the most convenient way to visit. The room is small, small, but very clean and tidy, the bedding is very comfortable, the wall of the entire hotel is a Sarajevo spray plotter, very distinctive, may also be the reason for her name color inn. The room also sent free Evian glass bottled water and bedtime snacks. The details of the hotel are very good, the staff is very warm and the service is very intimate. Behind the hotel is its own parking lot. I don't know what's going on. We called in advance to make an appointment and arrived at the scene. We said that we could not stop. The front desk reception service is warm and thoughtful, the room cleaning is timely and efficient, the staff are very dedicated and can handle problems in a timely manner, and put themselves in the shoes of the guests. It was a very satisfactory stay experience. I felt the warmth of home in this hotel, the beds are comfortable, the supplies are thoughtful, and the service is meticulous. It is an ideal place to stay for business trips and travel.

GGuest UserWonderful location and such friendly staff. Willing to accomodate and help in any way. I requested early check-in and they allowed for me to have that after my 25 hour journey. It was really warm in my room and I requested a portable fan and they were so quick in bringing it over.

GGuest UserThe room is large, the rooftop balcony has a nice view, the hotel facilities are complete, clean and sanitary. The breakfast is quite rich. The hotel is located halfway up the mountain, you have to take a taxi to get there, and it is very hard to walk with luggage. There is a large shopping mall nearby, which takes 10 minutes to walk.

BBeijingxuxiakeAdvantages: The price is cheap and the room is relatively large. It is very close to Latin Bridge and Pigeon Square. There is a supermarket nearby. The blond lady at the front desk has a very good attitude.
Disadvantages: You need to climb a steep slope to get to the hotel. There is no elevator to go upstairs. Open the window for a tomb-view room. There is a lingering smell of cigarette smoke in the room.

JJISHUNThe hotel is very close to the ancient city and it is very convenient to see around. The service is very good and the attitude is very good. Breakfast is not very rich, but there are some, nutrition guarantee, absolutely full, the best is to eat fried bread, and ask the guests whether they need omelet every day, very considerate. I stayed for six days and gave me a free upgrade room, thank you very much!
