GGuest UserI stayed at Ji Hotel while visiting family, and I was impressed by everything. The hotel was so clean, the design was modern yet with a traditional touch, the hotel staff was very friendly and always smiling and made sure all of our needs were met, and the cleaning lady was so nice and always made sure we had lots of water in the room. The breakfast was delicious with a lot of local flavors and the best coffee we had in China. The view from the hotel is amazing and we sometimes just hangout in the room to enjoy the view. We had such a good stay and will definitely be back!

GGuest UserVery clean, the corners and corners of the bathroom are very clean. The design is very special, the black orange color matching, the mineral water is customized. I gave the little yellow duck children's slippers, the child was very happy. Things fell in the hotel. I contacted the front desk and said that I had to wait for a reply. Then I contacted the person in charge. I found it very quickly. I sent the courier the next day. This is still the sixth day of the New Year.
A suggestion, you can make a night light, turn off the central air conditioner in the dark at night, go to the place of the coffee table, trip over the chair, push the chair down, the legs on the foot of the chair scratched a little skin, not a big deal, but it is indeed a place that can be optimized.

The beautiful sisters at the front desk of the hotel provided excellent and thoughtful service! Every time I passed by, I was proactive and greeted with a sweet smile. The breakfast dishes were also very rich! In summary, this is a very suitable hotel for vacation 🏖️Lie down, come here, you can get rid of all the class smell! The scenery is beautiful and pleasant, the air is fresh, the whole resort is a natural oxygen bar, the body and mind are relaxed, you can leisurely watch the sunrise and sunset in the beautiful Yunpan Mountain 🌅 The scenery is amazing! The SPA recommended by the beautiful sister at the front desk is also very good, professional Thai massage ~ and it is also a Thai technician, super satisfactory stay experience

HHuiWe needed accommodation for the night to catch an early flight the next morning.
Location: Ideally located within 10-15 minutes from the Airport, with convenient access to restaurants and massage services within walking distance.
Cleanliness: We found the place to be impeccably clean with no issues whatsoever.
Service: The staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating throughout our stay.
Facilities: One standout feature was the presence of a little shop in the lobby, which we found quite convenient. Some shops were closed as we were traveling during Chinese New Year. I liked the availability of modern sitting toilets and squatting toilets. The provided slippers were remarkably comfortable, and we also found the establishment to be U.S. passport-friendly. Not bad for the price you pay for.

GGuest UserI checked into the hotel yesterday. I forgot to close the window after getting off the car and it rained heavily at night. There was no phone number left on the car. I heard that the manager and security on duty checked the surveillance for two hours before finding me. Thank you so much, otherwise I would have suffered heavy losses. Thumbs up for the hotel👍👍👍

AAnonymous UserThe room was comfortable enough and was quite spacious. The sheets seem clean but there are bugs here and there coming from the walls. There’s weird smell from the room here and there. The elevator up was quite convenient and there are many food stalls and restaurants around. Very convenient! Less than 5 mins walk to the pedestrian street. At night, it’s quite loud with people outside the room walking in and out doing something.

AAndreaThe window couldn't close properly, so we couldn't heat the room as much as we wanted. In front of the central station. Quite difficult to locate the entrance of the hotel, we were helped by some aunties outside the palace. The staff do not speak English. A deposit of 100 RMB is required. In the room one can find a majong table.
