Excellent
AAlice Y. LUIt is the best place we have stayed in our Taiwan trip.My husband and I have enjoyed so much the time while we stay there.It is clean, and well decorated to make it as cozy and warm as possible.we were so relaxed and happy there.

Outstanding
EEmma LeeSGIt is a beautiful stay. Aside from the wrong choice of transport, all are great. From comfort of accomodation, hospitality of the owner and workers to the delicious food and drinks. Advice: take a car to and from the accom or be like us, we took bus and pushed our luggages up the very steep slope on a high altitude, almost killing ourselves! Haa.

GGuest UserWe had a mixed but memorable stay here. The vibes and decor are lovely, and the restaurant view is truly breathtaking—it’s easily the highlight of the property. Having breakfast and dinner overlooking the mountains was a beautiful experience.
However, there are a few things to keep in mind:
• The Room: Our room was very small and the layout had some design choices that felt like a falling hazard (tripping risks).
• Location: The property is very remote. For foreign tourists, it is quite inconvenient to navigate because the hotel does not offer any shuttle or tour services to help guests explore the area.
• Duration: The food is decent, but because of the size of the rooms and the remote nature, we felt one night was more than enough to enjoy the view and moving on.

Very Good
PPaulynn ChuaStaff helped carry our heavy luggage to the room during check-in and also brought it down for us at check-out, which we really appreciated. The hotel is close to many restaurants and right in the centre of the action, but you do need to walk up a slope / stairs to reach it.
The room is small but overall very comfortable. One small suggestion would be to change the dustbin design, as the current half-open type makes it a bit hard to throw rubbish in. Also, insects may fly in if the window is left open.
Overall, it was still a comfortable stay. Do note that you need to climb stairs, so it would be great if a lift could be built in the future.

AAnonymous UserDafeng Hotel is conveniently located behind the information centre at Alisha, along a row of other hotels. There's electric blanket to warm the bed & a dehumidifier in the room. The water pressure is strong & without a shower door, there's no way to keep the water fr spraying out. Breakfast is served in the shopping centre cafeteria style with servers dishing up the food. This must be the arrangement with all the other hotels too. Access is via a flight of cobble stairs, or take the longer route & follow the road.

GGuest UserGreat stay here! Good value for Alishan. Location was fine, relatively close to Shizhuo and Fenqiqhu by car and close to a 7/11. It’s tricky to reach by public transport, you’ll most likely need a car. Advice would be to go to Hotel Indigo and drive up from there, it’s narrow but fine. The double room was lovely, really relaxed and cute. Staff are direct but helpful, not much English but very helpful with any questions. Ask her for the location to go to for sunset, it was AMAZING, about 10 mins drive from the b&b. We missed sunrise due to clouds but the sunset made up for it. The breakfast was good with good variety for Alishan, coffee excellent. It’s a chill “cabin in the woods” vibe

Old school charm about this hotel and the staff are very nice, I loved sitting g down for a fresh brew of oolong while we discussed our future plans. But little thi ga like bins not emptied and having to request clean cups is something I do t want to have to do. Its location is beautiful but you need to plan your trip well as it’s midway through a bus route and getting to other places can mean standing room only or sometimes simply not available (we needed a private car
To get back to Chiayi hsr)
But it’s a nice place with an old school charm and friendly helpful staff. Do t forget to check out the rooftop area… worth it!

DDaniel FindlingExcellent hotel, large rooms above expectations, the room was clean(not perfect) and well-equipped, underwent basic cleaning, received water and clean towels every day. The hotel staff was courteous and helpful in everything (including ordering food and recommendations for attractions). Located a few minutes walk from 7 eleven. There is a washing machine in 3 floor and a free parking

Sshuyi huangThe location is good. The hotel staff are very helpful and will inform you of all the information. The welcome afternoon tea is great. One drink per person and a large portion of small cakes. It is really excellent. Highly recommend.... The room is large and clean. The sauna equipment is old, the pool is a little dirty, the spa is broken, and the oven and steam room are not open. It would be better if it could be tidied up a little! The swimming pool is large and small, and the spa water is not deep. The spa is great for adults and children to play in, and the scenery is beautiful. Although the breakfast is not very rich, it has everything you need. It even provides beef soup, which is a plus because it is not available during renovations. Concert, looking forward to staying again after renovations to experience a different holiday atmosphere

陳陳超閔The hotel staff provided excellent service. My family's plans changed last minute, and they decided to join us for a trip to Alishan. When we arrived, I asked the staff if we could add an extra bed. They informed us that it wouldn't be convenient to add one in our current room.
