If you are not engaging private transportation to hostel & using public bus then alight at main road. Do call in advance to get staff to pick at bus stop or else will be a long 1.5KM walk & not recommended to walk during dark or rainy day. The room are great if you stay lower floor. There no lift so all are by stairs. I stay at level3 with big luggage so imagine the efforts to bring up & down. Dinner option only hotpot & lucky the meal are great. The cafe within hostel are good so do try. Sunrise spot are good & easy to reach but depend on weather. do go early for good spot to sit down & wait since hostel Will always having big tour bus staying.

Great location. The rooms are nice, big and clean and has a balcony that gives an amazing view of the mountain! Breakfast has a spread of foods that remind you of home-cooked food. They provide individual hotpots for dinner - great for the cold weather with fresh ingredients (although the soup is pretty bland). All in all a great stay 😊

The staff were very kind and friendly. We had to make some changes due to Typhoon, the hotel staff helped us move to a quieter room and arranged a transportation to a nearby station to catch a bus to go back to HSR Chiayi station. We are very grateful for the help. The hot pot dinner was wonderful!! Alishan National park area was closed because of Typhoon, but we could still enjoy the trails near the hotel.

It's located at the base of Alishan, so it will take about another 30mins to ride up to Alishan ticket entrance where one needs to take train to the inner forest. The breakfast is not fantastic (coffee is really bad). For dinner, you will be stuck at the hotel (unless self drive) so you will need to order their hotpot set (they only have that), and it is at least better than their breakfast. The hotpot set consisted of a hotpot, a portion of shabu-shabu pork slices, a portion of mixed vegs and rice was free. Tsingtao cost NT100/big bottle. The hotpot set goes by per pax, and is not shareable, cost NT390/set. We booked 2-double bed room with balcony. While the room was huge, the amenities were few, and the bathroom smelled a bit stinky and the area generally didn't feel clean. The bathroom had a bathtub which I didn't feel it was clean enough to take a soak (plus it was really cold). It'd have been much better if it's a standing shower area instead of a tub. All in, I would suggest to book elsewhere or to stay in a hotel right in Alishan to reduce traveling logistics.

The bed is quite soft, the space is quite large, and the breakfast is not bad, because the accommodation price is not high compared with nearby B&Bs. Although there is a bathtub in the room, there is no way to take a bath. The location of the B&B is It's a bit remote, but it doesn't matter if you drive. The parking location is a short distance from the room. Although the owner of the B&B will help transport the luggage, we all take it ourselves. The biggest disadvantage is that the sound insulation is not very good, and other rooms have showers and showers. The sound of running water in the toilet is very loud. If you don't think it will be affected, it is actually no problem.

The B&B is located in a relatively secluded location in the mountains, but it is the closest to Alishan National Park. However, it is a 40-minute drive away, and it is on the Fushan Trail, so this will be an advantage when arranging your itinerary. The rooms are on the second floor. The room has a large balcony that extends outward, where you can drink tea and enjoy the mountain view of the tea garden. However, the sound insulation is a bit poor. There is a loud sound of boiling water next door when taking a shower. The bed is good to sleep on, but the pillows are too high and hard, unlike those on the third floor. The bed and pillows in the room were different. I personally found the breakfast to be quite satisfying, especially the meat dumplings. I even ate more white rice for the meat dumplings😬. Because I made two separate reservations, I informed the receptionist on the first day, but she did not remind me that I would need to change rooms on the last day. As a result, I had already gone to Fenqi Lake to play, and I had to rush back in the middle, which was really uncomfortable. Fortunately, another employee checked the video and confirmed that I informed them that it was two orders, and then said sorry, so I made up for a lot of points. However, the attitude and handling methods of the counter staff are really important, and I hope they can be strengthened. , don’t let the guest’s good mood be ruined There is also a viewing platform where you can watch the sunrise on the Fushan Trail. If you don’t want to go to Alishan, you can still have a chance to see the sunrise. Of course, it also depends on whether God will reward you😬

The room is older, the air is good, there is a tea garden next to it, and it is a B&B next to the Alishan Highway. There are relatively few shops at night. Unfortunately, the Fushan and Muzhu trails are under renovation and there are no trails to climb.

To find the location of the homestay, you must follow the tips on the official website, so as not to find it When booking through Trip.com, please tell the service staff that you are booking through Ctrip, and please remember to record your homestay reservation number (not the trip.com order number), the service staff will check it when you check in This time, 5 people stayed in the middle building The room matches the photos on the official website The room and toilet are clean, the water pressure is very high, and the drainage will not keep up with it a little bit. You can turn the water down a little or don't keep it on to avoid water accumulation. The ventilation upstairs of the room is not as good as that downstairs, and the air-conditioning is less circulated. People who sleep upstairs may be more resistant to heat. There is no table in the room to put things on. Use the tables and chairs on the balcony. There may be spider webs or dust on the tables and chairs on the balcony. It is recommended to wipe them before use. The sound insulation of the room is as commented on various platforms. It is very easy to hear the sound of shutting off the water and chatting in other rooms, and it is really loud. We went to bed at 10 o'clock that day, and the next door was still very loud until 12 o'clock. We knocked on the door to invite them keep your voice down. The environmental ecology of the homestay and the air in the morning are also very good. It is very suitable for walking and looking at coffee trees, citrus trees, etc. Plants have a brand to know what kind of plant it is. The B&B can go directly to the Fushan Ancient Road, and you can take a walk if you have time. There are meat and vegetarian dishes for breakfast. We think the soy milk and coffee are good. Everyone likes preserved radish and eggs the most. You can have a full breakfast, and the taste is average.
