The homestay staff were incredibly warm, attentive, and thoughtful from the moment we arrived until we left. Everyone was lovely. The facilities are great, and the room layout shows good taste. The photos and videos of the room posted on TRIP are exactly how it is, maybe even better. The breakfast was delicious and quite unique, reminiscent of Korean banchan. - Photo 1: Hotel staff picked us up from the Snow Village ticket office and took us to the accommodation. I accidentally left something in the car that brought us there, and the staff enthusiastically helped us, waiting with us. They even helped us communicate since we are foreigners. - Photos 2 - 9: These are pictures of the room I booked, 8707. It's located at the end of the second-floor hallway and has a view of the ski slope. - Photo 10: My dinner. I ordered too much food for lunch, so I finished it for dinner. But I didn't have any rice. The homestay owner cooked extra dumplings for us to go with it. - Photo 11: Breakfast at the homestay. - Photos 12-15: We enjoyed ourselves at Snow Village. If you're unsure about anything, don't hesitate to ask, and the homestay will provide enthusiastic assistance. The homestay staff guided us and showed us various photo spots. - Photo 16: On our departure day, the staff also helped with our luggage. If you're taking a coach, just provide them with your trip details. Your suitcase will be sent directly to the car's trunk. The send-off was very thoughtful. I personally found this B&B to be truly excellent. The young host was incredibly kind and even upgraded my room. The guest rooms were spotlessly clean, thoughtfully laid out, and featured a convenient wet/dry separation in the bathroom. They provided disposable bath towels, face towels, and toilet seat covers, and all the in-room amenities were of high quality. The B&B boasts an excellent location, with plenty of convenient dining options nearby. Situated by the river, it offers a serene and elegant environment, and is within walking distance of all the main attractions. Should I have the opportunity to return to the beautiful and peaceful Hengdaohezi, I would absolutely choose to stay here again.

不誇張，這是我住過的幸福指數最高的民宿，我們之前本想着衹是個落腳處，但是沒想到超級有家的感覺，房間很寬敞乾淨，而且超級隔音，地暖特別暖和，而且老兩口特別熱情，哥開車先來接我們，比站點接站的司機都便宜很多，姐在家做飯，不強制，你想吃就提前説，不想吃就去市場，都是家裡開火，洗菜，完全透明，老闆娘幹活利索乾淨，做飯超好吃，還給我們來回贈凍梨吃這個民宿離市場特別近，走路五分鐘，全是燒烤麻辣燙筋餅店，院子賊大，裏面有個大滑梯，我們兩天來來回回玩了五六遍，還有四個大雪人，拍照老出片了！真的特推薦，而且什麼亂收費現象壓根沒有，甚至這姐看我們倆大學生上半山坡零下三十度凍得頭疼也沒提前説吃飯給我們打電話説下來吃飯吧做了麪條，在那麼冷的晚上跟哥姐坐一張桌子上吃了那麼香一碗麪條，還有荷包蛋，還有香腸我倆感動的快哭了，而且這碗麪姐説不要錢就是看我倆難受給做的，我倆還是偷着掃過去了」走的時候哥沒空送我們姐還給我們約了車第一次寫這麼長評論因為美美家值得！！

Choosing the right guesthouse in Hengdaohezi is absolutely key for a great trip, and this one made our vacation incredibly happy! The owner was super thoughtful; they communicated with us in advance about our pickup time and were waiting for us at the station, immediately helping with our luggage – it instantly warmed us up in the winter chill. The guesthouse room was clean and tidy, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the snow view outside the window was incredibly calming. The biggest surprise was the extra activities: they provided free snow tubes, so we could enjoy the thrill of sliding in the snow right in the yard – both adults and kids had a blast. In the evening, the owner organized a bonfire party; everyone gathered around the fire, chatting and laughing, creating a lively and wonderful atmosphere. The owner also enthusiastically shared local travel tips and food recommendations, being completely genuine and transparent throughout. Whether it was the service, environment, or activities, everything was impeccable. We'll definitely stay here again next time we visit Hengdaohezi, and I highly recommend it to anyone planning a snow trip!

Our best memory of Snow Town is Linzi Caotang. It's super close to Xueyun Street, and you can call the owner to pick you up directly from the shuttle stop (he'll even put your luggage on a sled and pull it to the entrance). The courtyard is otherworldly beautiful. In the front, we saw the huge 'snow mushrooms,' and in the back, there were other great photo spots. My whole family had a blast taking pictures! All the snow play tools in the courtyard were free, and the kids absolutely loved it! It was clean and hygienic, and although breakfast was simple, it was home-style and filling.

The waiter has a good attitude. Stepping into this hotel is like stepping into a paradise in the world. The interior decoration is exquisite, and it seems to have the ingenuity of ”carving out the Qionglou with meticulous care”; the utensils are arranged regularly, showing the meticulousness of ”the windows are bright and clean without any dust”. The owner is warm and hospitable, and answers every inquiry in detail, as if meeting old friends again, very cordial. When you wake up in the morning, you can see the glow through the gauze, and when you return home in the evening, you can hear the breeze blowing through the curtains. Accommodation here is not only a place to rest, but also a place for the soul, where you can forget your worries and enjoy peace. It is really the best choice.

I came to Hengdaohezi for a long time. I also chose Xinya Hotel for a long time in terms of accommodation. I saw on Xiaohongshu that the hygiene was great, and the boss’s service attitude was very good. The most consequential thing was that I didn’t step on thunder. We are not familiar with the route boss and carefully divided the route for us, where we need to pay attention. The next day we also played splashing water into ice, the boss also told us the best location haha, in short, a very pleasant stay experience, there is nothing wrong with choosing Xinya Hotel, recommended!

The room facilities were excellent, everything was neat and tidy, and all the necessary amenities were provided, making for a truly pleasant stay.

The rooms are well-equipped, and the staff are highly professional. I looked at several hotels in Xuexiang, and Snow Mountain Snow Hotel really stands out. The breakfast selection is rich, the room facilities are new, and the bedding is comfortable. Overall, it's excellent value for money and a very satisfying experience. Thumbs up!👍

The stay experience was absolutely top-notch. Food, drinks, and entertainment were all fantastic. The hotel facilities are comprehensive, the room experience was incredibly comfortable, and all the hotel amenities were fully stocked and even better than what you'd find in a five-star hotel. Toiletries and bedding were all disposable and exceptionally clean. They even provided sleep aids like earplugs and black tea. In the evening, there were patrol performances which were incredibly fun and exciting! Definitely a big thumbs up. We went up the mountain twice and experienced all sorts of snow activities, especially the Snow Dragon and snowmobiles, which were absolutely thrilling! I'm definitely coming back to this hotel next time!
