Cleanliness: The room was quite clean. The king-size bed room could fit a family of four, haha, very good. Facilities: There's a water park, an infinity pool, a kids' pool, and a lazy river. Service: I originally booked a room with a bathtub, but then I saw a room with a lazy river and went to the front desk to ask if I could switch. Luckily, one was available, and they let me switch. The experience was really great, and the service was excellent. The kids had a fantastic time, and we adults also had a lot of fun. We even tried parasailing by the sea!

Our stay at the Seaworld Seaview Room in Xunliao Bay was absolutely fantastic! The room was spotless and well-equipped. It's just a few minutes' walk down to the beach, and there are plenty of dining options nearby. The value for money was incredible, and the service was warm and attentive. We'll definitely choose this place again on our next visit.

STAFF APPRECIATION: The proprietor of this hotel clearly takes pride in it. Guests are treated with great respect and kindly requested to treat the staff and property with the same. Methods were given as a means to keep nature outside, such as not leaving doors or windows open or leaving food lying about. I truly appreciated that. I also appreciated the patience with which I was guided to the correct building and the small gift I received at check in. It was a bottle of ointment I first discovered in Thailand and have been looking for ever since. Perfect timing for the summer! I also received a complimentary room upgrade with a sea view that was incredible. ☺️ HOTEL REVIEW: Several others have remarked that the hotel and its rooms are dated. Frankly speaking, this seems true of the entire area. However, this did not at all detract from my experience. I have been to newer, flashier, more expensive hotels that impressed me far less. My room was immaculate. My sleep comfortable and pest free. My favorite part of it was the chair swing on the balcony overlooking the beach and vast sea, which were a very short walk away. Maybe three or four minutes. Shops and cafes are also conveniently located nearby. I will say that the fireworks were fun at first, but carried on quite late and they were, unfortunately, all over the beach the next morning. Not the fault of the hotel, but something to consider. Overall, my experience was better than expected; quite pleasant and a great value for the price. 👍👍

The entire property is styled in an Italian fashion, predominantly white. The rooms are spotlessly clean and well-maintained. Right downstairs, you'll find the Lover's Promenade and a long stretch of beach, making it one of the best spots to enjoy the sunset. The owner provides incredibly thoughtful and attentive service. As a special touch, they even offer a sweet dessert soup in the evening before bedtime.

This hotel offers great value for money. The beach is right downstairs, making it very convenient for families with children. They also have fireworks displays, with lots of fireworks to watch at night, and you can collect seashells downstairs in the morning – very convenient. There's a seafood market nearby, just a 6-minute drive away.

We had a really comfortable stay. The beach is right downstairs, making it super convenient for any seaside activities. We'll definitely choose this hotel again for our next stay.

For the room size and the location right by the sea, it was genuinely a great deal. You can really see the potential here – but like many other reviews mention, the property is clearly aging. Where it falls short is the service, which feels lacking. The breakfast, in particular, was expensive for what was offered, especially for foreign travellers. The selection was limited, and the only thing we truly enjoyed were the noodles. The beach itself could be beautiful, but it desperately needs cleaning. It’s also heartbreaking to see so many surrounding businesses shut down – the area felt desolate and sad. On a positive note, Lima House on the ground floor was absolutely amazing. The hotel is very close to the beach. Except for the inconvenient water heater for bathing, the rest is pretty good. There is a convenience store and food stalls downstairs, which is very convenient for dining. The beaches in Huizhou are so beautiful. I want to stay a few more days next time.

The rooms are spacious, comfortable, clean, and cozy, with very new and well-equipped facilities. The only minor issue is that it gets quite busy on weekends, especially the elevators and restaurants.
