I was very satisfied with my stay at Lotus Terrace Garden Resort! The hotel has a great location, with a quiet surrounding environment, and I could see beautiful scenery right from my window. The bed was comfortable, and all the facilities were easy to use. Both the front desk and service staff were patient in answering questions and responded promptly to any requests. The breakfast also tasted good. Overall, it offers great value for money, and is suitable whether you're traveling with family or just looking to relax. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I visit Lushan!

Highly recommended! The hotel is in a great location, right near the cable car platform. It's only about a ten-minute walk from the cable car, according to navigation. Even better, there's an express lane within the hotel, just a three-minute walk to the cable car—super convenient! The hotel's main entrance is also convenient for exploring the West Flower Trail scenic area. ^_^ The front desk staff was incredibly helpful and provided excellent service. Their recommended routes were fantastic, saving both time and effort! The hotel room was clean and tidy, and the environment was comfortable and pleasant. I look forward to staying here again next winter!

This hotel is perfectly located right next to the cable car station, and directly across from the main sightseeing bus stop, making it super convenient for any route. The service here is top-notch, from the pre-arrival phone calls and reminders with directions, to the incredibly responsive and helpful online chat. The front desk staff are attentive and welcoming, providing a detailed breakdown of sightseeing routes and estimated times upon arrival, which was a lovely touch. The rooms are spacious, clean, and tidy, with a great wet/dry separation in the bathroom, and the voice control system is very convenient to use. The hotel's Chinese lunch and dinner options are also very reasonably priced! I'll definitely be back!

We liked the nostalgic feel of the hotel. It makes you feel like you have gone back in time. The room is a little bit dated (shower screens need some attention), however it still had that touch of class. The front steps are a killer, however there is a lift to bring you up the level of the hotel, so we didn't have to worry about bringing our heavy suitcases up the many steps. There is a bus station almost out the front of the hotel to tour the mountains many scenic areas. It is not in the shopping area of Kuling Street, but it's an easy bus ride to visit this area. We liked that there are a few restaurants, cafes and convenience stores close to the hotel as well. We were not able to use our foreign credit card and as we could not use WeChat pay, we needed to find another way to pay for the room with assistance from family with a Chinese bank account. I think it was because it is not part of a large chain of hotels and is in a relatively remote area. But overall we enjoyed our stay at this hotel.

The hotel felt quite new, clean, and tidy, and all the staff were really nice. They offer shuttle services to and from the cable car station and the main street station. Every morning, Master Bao (包师傅) drove us to the main street station and picked us up in the evening. He was so kind and patient (we actually felt a bit embarrassed with how often we requested the hotel car). Huge thanks to him! I didn't have high expectations for a scenic area hotel's breakfast, but the all-season breakfast far exceeded them. There was a wide variety of food, plenty of vegetables and high-protein options, and the fruit was super fresh. The tofu, shredded pork, and vegetable soup was especially delicious. They also had freshly ground coffee. You can also order lunch and dinner at the hotel restaurant, which has a clean environment, and for me, it felt more reassuring than eating at outside restaurants.

The room was clean and tidy, and the staff were incredibly helpful, always ready to answer any questions. It's not far from the main street, making dining and getting around very convenient. Due to limited time and the rainy weather, we didn't get to enjoy the courtyard, which is quite spacious. With more time, it would be lovely to chat with friends and have some tea there, I imagine it would be very relaxing.

This is probably the only ” international ” option in Ruichang. There was only coke and water as soft drink for breakfast one day.

We had a great stay here! All the personnel was nice and attentive, we were registered pretty easily. The hotel offers a pick up service , which is quite convenient. We had a room with a skylight and a balcony, which was the best. In the morning and in the evening you can sit at the balcony and enjoy a nice view. The room is clean and the towels are changed every day. They serve Chinese style breakfast from 7 to 9, see the picture attached. Since we don't know much about local transportation, they gave us a ride to the local transportation hub where we could hop on a sightseeing bus. Once you get back from your trip in the evening, you can have a nice stroll from a busy Guling street area, it's down the hill and it takes you about 15 minutes to get back to the hotel. Overall, it was a pleasure to stay in this hotel, I'd recommend it to anyone who wants to have a real mountain view from their hotel room☺️

The air conditioning in the room is very powerful, the bath water is also very hot, the smart toilet is also very comfortable, and it is also equipped with toilet pads and disposable bath towels! Go to the main street to eat and take a car for 6 minutes! Especially recommended: eat early, do not eat in a small restaurant nearby, must go to the entrance of the Guling Trade Market, is the opposite KFC down the steps, the locals buy food, there are two soup dumplings are particularly delicious, cheap and affordable, are for locals to eat! It is recommended to go to the main street at night, you can go directly to the Beibei Villa and Lushan Love Cinema. The night view is very beautiful, you must see it!
