GGuest UserThe hotel's room facilities and services are very good, especially the details are very heartwarming. First of all, the hotel has a pick-up service, and the pick-up drivers are very enthusiastic. There are welcome fruits, and delicious sweet soup is delivered in the evening. After we checked out, we were given water and fruit while waiting for departure in the lobby. As soon as we entered the hotel, we felt a different style and taste. The lobby has a lot of ethnic characteristics. The front desk upgraded our room because we brought children. The room is clean, tidy and transparent. The toilet and bathroom are separated into dry and wet areas. The water flow for the bath is very strong. The whole house is smart. It is very close to the east gate of the Big and Small Seven-hole Caves. The breakfast is also rich and clean. In short, it is very comfortable to stay here. If I have time to come to the Small Seven-hole Caves again in the future, I will choose this hotel again.

GGuest UserThe lady proprietor of this minsu is very hospitable and responsive. It is clear she works hard to operate the minsu and it is reflected in the standard of cleanliness and hygiene. The towels were all good quality, clean and individually sealed. The dining cutlery too were all sealed in sets. The room was clean and spacious. It had many considerate touch points for convenience and comfort such as the in-room massage chairs, XiaoDu home assistant and a tea-making settee. The breakfast had a good range of options like a buffet which is impressive ! The chef does very decent dinners too. We felt very safe and comfortable staying there for the duration of our trip to Libo Xiaoqikong. Thank you and I wish your business continues to grow and see more overseas guests!

11381059****Service: The owner was so enthusiastic, giving us tips on how to easily explore Xiaoqikong and Daqikong (Small and Large Seven-Hole Scenic Areas), and even treated us to some really sweet oranges 🍊. For those who love Hanfu, you can rent outfits for photoshoots. Introverts can enjoy a game of chess, while extroverts can gather for a lively mahjong session 🀄. Our little one had an absolute blast! At our next hotel, the first thing they asked was, 'Do they have a mahjong room here?' Hahaha 😂. Facilities: Since there were many of us this time, we specifically chose the unique three-story suite. Not only did it have independent dual bathrooms, which made getting ready in the mornings much less chaotic, but the parent-child facilities – especially the big slide – brought out the inner child in both adults and kids. There's also a fantastic massage chair 💆 on the first floor that's incredibly comfortable. The large outdoor terrace would be perfect for sunbathing for hours if the weather is good ☀. P.S. A note on the location: It's only a few hundred meters from the East Gate of the Daqikong/Xiaoqikong scenic area, less than a ten-minute walk to the East Gate Visitor Center. The guesthouse used to offer shuttle services, but unfortunately, due to policy changes, these have all been discontinued. It's a bit of a shame, but regardless of its location, facilities, or service, it's still an incredibly worthwhile guesthouse!

GGuest UserIf you're visiting Xiaoqikong, you absolutely *must* stay at Luanxi! The staff are incredibly friendly, and the hotel offers free cultural experiences like trying on ethnic minority costumes and beautiful traditional clothing. What really stands out is how spotlessly clean everything is; each outfit comes individually packaged to prevent dust. The hotel also has its own fruit orchard in the back, and guests are welcome to pick and enjoy the fruit for free! My friend and I even got complimentary shuttle service to and from the scenic area, and the driver helped us with our luggage the whole way. It was a truly fantastic stay!

GGuest UserA very satisfying stay! The hotel is conveniently located near the ancient town. The front desk lady thoughtfully selected a room for us that wasn't facing the street. It was quiet and provided a good night's sleep. The room was clean, tidy, spacious, and bright. It was the most spacious and comfortable room we've ever experienced in our many Hanting stays. The amenities were complete, the bedding was comfortable, and the hotel's ambiance was lovely. It was a great value, and parking was convenient. I highly recommend staying here. The front desk lady and the handsome guy even requested a complimentary breakfast for us. It was rich and delicious. The service lady was warm and attentive. We were very satisfied. From check-in to check-out, the experience was wonderful and deserves a five-star rating!

Wwissy00I couldn't have asked for better. I was astonished by the service, cleanliness, friendliness, and treatment. All of this at an incredibly low price. Communicating can be a bit complicated if you don't speak Chinese, as almost no one in this region speaks English. Fortunately, I had someone with me who could. The lovely lady treated us like her own grandchildren and insisted that we eat with her, letting us try typical local dishes. I truly felt at home. As for the service itself, I was even more surprised. We stayed for two nights, and every day they cleaned the room, changed the towels, provided slippers, a new toothbrush, and a bottle of water. In the evening, she insisted on giving us fruit. Regarding the location, it's very convenient, as it's just a 10-minute walk from the bus stop that takes you to the main attractions and also to the train station. As a foreign tourist, I highly recommend it!

GGuest UserThe kid 小李 is really helpful. At first I was given a room that was at the adjacent tower and it was under renovation and dark hall ways and stairs. I asked if there was any room in the main block. After feeling disappointed for. While in the room, about 20 mins later, Xiao li informed me he spoke to his boss and gave me an upgraded room on the third floor and we moved. It was a far better well lit, big room with two double beds and good lighting. The only setbacks is that the shower drain is slow and water overflows back into the room. Hot shower was great. There’s no lift but xiao li was very eager to help me carry both my cases. He was just awesome with his willingness and customer service. Final the projector acreen over hangs the toilet and show cubicles and the power cables were loosely overhanging. Seemed that something can be done to rectify those few matters and will definitely make the room so so much better. Location wise is perfect and there is also the direct bus services to the city and the railway station, at very cheap price.

GGuest UserThis hotel is very close to the scenic spot, and the boss will take you there by electric car. My wife had a sore throat, and the boss drove the electric car to take her to buy medicine! We didn't eat out at night, so we ordered food at the B&B, which was also very good! The noodles for breakfast were also delicious! In short, this is a highly recommended hotel! Note: The TV can be projected!
