GGuest User👍 The Hampton by Hilton Qingzhou is fantastic! The rooms are spacious and bright, the bedding is soft and comfortable, and the bathroom is super clean and tidy. The service is incredibly attentive and warm; the front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend staying here!

The hotel is very new, and the bedding, towels, and bath towels were all incredibly clean and thick—they looked freshly changed. It's rare to find hotels that change everything after each guest these days. Most importantly, the young man at the front desk was incredibly professional. I mentioned a cigarette smell in the room, and he not only immediately upgraded my room but also showed me three other rooms to see which one didn't smell. I understand some smokers will smoke in other hotels, but many hotels don't pay attention to this issue. That's why I'm specifically reviewing this hotel; I'll definitely stay here every time I'm in Weifang!

The location is excellent, right in the ancient city, convenient to go anywhere
The room is very clean, the boss and the lady boss are very talkative
The price is affordable, there is a small pond for fish in the courtyard, and there is a pure black cat named Laicai with a good personality
If I have the opportunity to come next time, I will choose this place again. It is comfortable to stay and I can rest assured to bring my children here!

The room was clean and tidy, and the bedding was so comfortable I slept like a baby. The service was excellent too; the front desk staff were very friendly and always willing to help. GGuest UserTraveling with my family (two adults, three children), we opted for a family room. The front desk staff were incredibly attentive, asking about our children's preferences and arranging a family room with a small tent. As a parent, hygiene is a top priority when traveling with kids, and I was not disappointed; the attention to detail was evident. Children's toiletries were prepared in advance, and there were even welcome fruits. The room had also been renovated and upgraded with smart features, which was a very thoughtful touch. From the concierge to the front desk, housekeeping, lobby staff, and buffet restaurant staff, every employee was enthusiastic and professional. My kids didn't want to leave! A special shout-out to a young man in the lobby – his smile was incredibly infectious. On our first day, after breakfast, my two children wanted the self-service popcorn, but it was empty. He noticed and, together with another young lady, patiently helped the kids make fresh popcorn, not letting them get disappointed. As a parent, I truly felt their warmth. The next day, I was alone with my three children at breakfast. This same young man saw us, and knowing that service was about to end, he contacted the breakfast staff to hold off on clearing up and then helped me get food. This coordinated service was absolutely spot on! A huge thumbs up to all the hotel staff for their dedicated service! I highly recommend this place to anyone traveling with kids! I will definitely stay here again when I return to Weifang!

GGuest UserMy wife and I really enjoyed our stay here. The staff were the most helpful warm and friendly hotel people we have ever seen in China. And they also gave my wife a small birthday gift which was a nice surprise. The room was huge with a nice layout, totally clean and modern simple Chinese style design. We chose this place for the idea of a hot pool in the room. It was also unexpectedly bigger that we thought, although a very basic simple design. The water was already prepared by the staff while were having dinner. Although it was an ok experience in the pool, we felt it was not really hot enough and it seemed to have no option to adjust it. We also thought such a pool would have the bubble jet option but that also did not seem to be. As we had to translate the control panel maybe we did not see other options but everything seemed to be a preset automatic one option. Although there are signs about the tiles around the pool about being slippery it felt very uneasy getting out trying not to slip and my wife did slip a little. Some kind of non slip surface on the stairs would be a big improvement. The breakfast buffet was pretty good with plenty of options. Mostly because of how friendly and good the staff were we plan to return in the warmer months to try a cabin.
