KKinogegeOur trip to Weihai was made even more enjoyable thanks to this hotel's excellent service. Since we were on a road trip, the hotel's proximity to Torch 8th Street was perfect. If you're planning to visit Torch 8th Street, book this place without hesitation – it won't disappoint! **Cleanliness:** The room was clean and tidy, and all the bedding and amenities were neatly arranged. **Ambiance:** The hotel's atmosphere was elegant. Even though it's by the road, the soundproofing was excellent. **Facilities:** They offer free parking, a gym, and a laundry room, all free of charge. It was my first time using a hotel laundry room, and the staff's help was fantastic! **Service:** A huge thank you to all the front desk staff, restaurant servers, and cleaning ladies! Every single person deserves praise! First and foremost, their 'smile service' – though a short phrase – was consistently delivered. Every staff member greeted us with a warm hello, and even though it sometimes felt a little awkward, it truly made us feel welcome. Any communication with the front desk was met with prompt and effective responses. I've been dealing with gout recently and asked the front desk for ice for my pain – can you believe they gave me a huge bag? I almost felt embarrassed! I stayed for two days, iced for two days, and each time it was a massive bag. While ice packs aren't expensive, their service truly makes a great impression! Oh, and upon check-in, they gave our child a sand-digging set and a shell bracelet, which our kid absolutely loved! The toiletries they provide also smell wonderful – truly commendable! Of course, everyone has their own experience, and I can't dictate others' opinions, but my two-day stay here was truly excellent. Weihai's winds may be strong, but its people are incredibly warm and welcoming. Grateful for the encounter, and I wish the hotel continued success! Keep up the great work! ❤️

It’s incredibly close to both the bus station (coming from Yantai) and the high-speed railway station (coming from Qingdao). You can easily walk there in less than 10 minutes, which made traveling so hassle-free. Smooth Check-In & Lovely Room The property is inside a condo-style building that hosts multiple hotels. For this one, just head up to the 12th floor to check in. I arrived early around 11:00 AM, and they kindly let me check in right away! The room itself was very spacious, clean, and fully equipped with amenities. It has a nice window, and you can adjust the AC yourself, which was great. Great Amenities & Helpful Staff The staff were wonderful and super helpful via WeChat, making communication so easy. The location is also fantastic—it’s right near the Hanlefang Pedestrian Street. There are about 3 convenience stores right underneath the building and 3–4 restaurants nearby, so finding food or snacks is never an issue. Plus, getting to other tourist attractions by taxi from here is super convenient! Summary: Perfect location, great facilities, and wonderful service. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Weihai! 💖

GGuest UserI didn't book a hotel near the sea during the peak holiday. This hotel is a little far away, across a street, but it's still close to the beach. You can see a little bit of the sea from the upper floors, but it's mainly blocked by high-rise buildings in front. The hotel rooms are large, clean and tidy, the beds and pillows are very comfortable, and although the facilities are a little old, it's still good overall, especially the thick door of the room with good sound insulation.

GGuest UserI loved this resort! I highly recommend staying here for an amazing and relaxing time! The hotel is excellent! It was clean, the staff was super friendly and helpful. The front desk even had a fantastic girl that spoke perfect English. I spent most of my time soaking in the numerous hot springs, and there are at least 20 of them. There is also an indoor pool and hot tubs, and the outdoor pool will be open in May. There was this darling worker who kept the tea coming all the time. I'd ask for a lake view the next time so I could sit in the room and enjoy the view. The restaurant was excellent. The breakfast was also really well stocked. The only thing I would add is yougart. I can overstate what a wonderful experience this weekend was. If you are wanting to go into the city and see the sights, it is a little far, around 75RMB for a DiDi. And the spa, although it was really nice, was on the expensive side. I will be back! 10/10

GGuest UserThe hotel is a 10 minute walk from the Weihai Liugong Island Pier. I had a room on a high floor at the end of the building with exceptional view of the mountains, the city, coastline and sea. Floor to Ceiling Windows which was nice. Good & comfortable furniture in the room, including a great desk. TV was easy to use, with at least one English speaking channel - CGTN. However the bed was hard, and you could feel the springs in the mattress. The bathroom after use had a smell coming mainly from the drains. Not the best smell. Receptionist staff were OK, but not really friendly or welcoming. Even If you cant speak English, a nice smile would be great. I had a feeling that did not really want international guests staying at this hotel. Sorry just my impression. Still I would recommend this hotel. The room rate was great value and the views amazing.

GGuest UserThere's not much to complain about. The location is excellent, though I booked late and the location wasn't the best. The hotel restaurant has a direct view of Bruvis. Cleanliness: Cleanliness could be improved; the showers were a bit dirty. Service: Service was acceptable. They even turned on the lobby lights for us when we went out to take pictures of the snow late at night. Facilities: To be honest, the facilities need significant improvement. First, there's no direct access to the second floor; you have to go to the third floor first, which is very inconvenient when you have luggage. There was no staff to help with luggage when checking out. Second, during the off-season, many doors were locked. You had to contact staff to leave, but there was no dedicated butler to respond promptly, which was quite troublesome.

The location is great, right across from Shandong University, and there are several convenience stores downstairs, which is very convenient. The room was also very spacious, far exceeding my expectations. The receptionist was also very friendly and politely explained all the important information. It was a very pleasant stay, and I would definitely consider staying here again next time I'm in Weihai. PS: Weihai is absolutely beautiful!

AAnonymous UserBefore leaving Beijing, I booked the Nishi Haitai Resort Hotel on Ctrip. Although the online review was only 4.1, I still firmly chose this hotel. Later, it was confirmed that my choice was absolutely correct. The hotel is good in all aspects and must be given 100 points. 1. The hotel is in a good location. You can watch the sunrise while lying on the bed, face the sea, blow the sea breeze and listen to the sound of the waves. The hotel has a private beach. The elevator goes to the B1 floor and you can walk to the lighthouse, Lily Bay, Children's Palace, Sakura Lake, Seaside Park, etc. along the beach. You can also take the bus No. 117 or No. 289 in front of the door. Bus No. 117 goes directly to Huaxing Bridge, a popular check-in place. 2. The hotel lobby is magnificent and unique, with the most distinctive various bear toys, which are posed differently every day. In addition, you can watch the sea from the public platform on each floor of the hotel, and there is a children's playground on each floor, which is suitable for walking babies. 3. The hotel has a variety of breakfasts, roasted tobacco potatoes, meat sauce buns, and fried dough sticks must be tasted, and different fruits are served every day. Lunch and dinner can also be served at the hotel, the dishes taste good and the price is reasonable. 4. There are churches, sun umbrellas, and rest cabins on the beach of the hotel, which is warm and romantic. 4. It takes 10 minutes by taxi from Rongcheng High-speed Railway Station to the hotel. I originally planned to stay for 3 days, but then I extended my stay for 2 days. I strongly recommend friends who go to Rongcheng to stay at Nishi Haitai Resort Hotel, which is definitely worth experiencing and you will definitely linger after the experience.
