GGuest UserBecause the reservation was in a hurry, I was a little worried about the bad experience at the beginning. I didn't expect my relatives and friends to be very satisfied after staying. I praised the beautiful environment and thoughtful service.
Although the hotel is not in the city, the surrounding roads are smooth and convenient to travel. I can't see the Bohai Sea, but it is actually very close to the Bohai Sea. The hotel has a separate yard, which is relatively large in scale. There are pavilions and ponds in the park. The architectural style is quaint. There are also many leisure areas. You can enjoy the sun and drink tea in the yard. The room was spacious and clean, the staff was friendly, the breakfast was good, the favorite was this yard, very suitable for a leisurely holiday, live and play slowly.

AAnonymous UserThe hotel is in a prime location, with ample parking spaces on both sides of the road at the entrance. It is close to Nanhong Agate Street, and you can walk to Qionghai Wetland Park. It is also convenient to drive to Torch Square to watch the Yi Torch Show. The hotel breakfast is delicious, the front desk service is enthusiastic, helping with luggage, delivering fruits every night, providing glutinous rice balls and steamed dumplings, which is very thoughtful. This time, the elderly in my family had stomach discomfort, and the front desk lady provided her own brown sugar. I am very grateful and will choose here next time.

GGesangyongcuoThis was my first time staying in such a clean B&B, and I was completely shocked! It was really carefully checked inside and out. To describe it as spotless is not an exaggeration at all. Before I left, I saw the boss aunt cleaning other rooms in person, the kind of serious cleaning instead of asking local maids to clean, and I felt a little admired. If it were me, I couldn't do it. I can't clean it that well either. It's really super clean. There was not a trace of mold or dirt in the whole house... The bathroom in the standard room we stayed in was very large, which was very convenient for bathing and so on. Disposable bath towels were also thoughtfully provided.
We arrived in the middle of the night and couldn't find the way. The boss lady came out to pick us up and guide us. They are a very friendly family. The children I saw the next day were also cute, and the boss lady also made fresh coffee for me to drink. He also took us to a nearby breakfast restaurant to eat beef noodles.
Overall, it is a surprisingly comfortable and clean B&B. The details clearly show the boss's taste and accomplishment.

GGuest UserWhat a great hotel and staff working there. Super friendly and kept greeting us and giving us tea and coffee in the lobby. We also got breakfast included and the breakfast was great.
The room was also super clean and modern. Extra fun was the little cute robot that came and delivered the food to the room.
This was my second time staying at this hotel. Thank you for a great stay!

As a select hotel under Huazhu Group, it exceeded my expectations in terms of both location and service, offering exceptional value for money. The hotel's location is absolutely fantastic, right across from Wanda Plaza, in the heart of the Qionghai 17 Degrees Starry Moon area. Restaurants and shopping are just steps away, and local specialty snack shops are within a few minutes' walk. It's also incredibly convenient to visit attractions like Qionghai Wetland Park, Jianchang Ancient City, and Tang Garden. Car rentals are available right outside, making exploring the lake a breeze. The most thoughtful touch was the receptionist's proactive sharing of travel tips, even explaining off-the-beaten-path routes to avoid crowds – so helpful for first-time visitors to Xichang! The check-in experience was also impeccable. Self-check-in took only 30 seconds, showcasing cutting-edge technology, and there was even a robot delivery service, making the entire process efficient and convenient. The room was cozy and stylish, the bedding was as soft as a cloud, and the blackout curtains provided a perfect spot for a good night's sleep. The soundproofing was also superb, completely blocking out outside noise. The hygiene was impeccable; the room was spotless, the bathroom had a separate shower and toilet, and all disposable amenities were provided. Even the toiletries smelled wonderful, giving me peace of mind. The facilities were also comprehensive: a 24-hour self-service laundry room solved my travel laundry problems, a gym met my daily workout needs, and there was free parking, making it super convenient for those traveling by car. The breakfast was plentiful and fresh, with delicious fried eggs and special buckwheat pancakes—nutritious and authentic, even the kids enjoyed them. From check-in to check-out, the staff provided consistently warm and attentive service, responding quickly to any needs. They even thoughtfully provided children's toiletries for families with children—the attention to detail was truly heartwarming. Whether for family trips, groups of friends, or business travel, this hotel is perfectly suited. I will definitely stay here again next time I'm in Xichang, and I've already recommended it to all my friends planning a trip there. It's truly a must-stay!

HHaibiandemuwu和家人一起出行，酒店其他各方面都還不錯，但是餐廳可以説是極其差。首先入住當晚，前台表示晚七點前都可以點餐或者選擇自助。到餐廳以後，負責人表示今晚有預訂席還未出菜，不能點菜，告知我們衹能吃自助餐。後來發現其實就是當晚旁邊的川航值班員工和慰問領導在宴席，所以廚房一方面要預備應付領導隨時加菜，另一方面也想偷懶不願意做了。選擇自助時發現米飯不僅涼了而且還有頭髮，找人反饋也根本沒有人理。直到後來有同樣在吃自助的員工反饋後就立馬解決了。兩天的早餐也極其簡單味道普通衹有包子饅頭和粥，相比同價格的華住亞朵差的不是一星半點。麪檔的澆頭衹有兩種用料也很差。我不懂這是川航的企業文化？應付領導比客人更重要？也難怪這樣的企業要客可以在航班進廚房指導乘務員發餐。還是説餐廳的工作人員自認為這是員工餐廳衹為員工服務，那既然這樣就不要提供餐食服務，做一家無餐廳酒店，把入住價格降下來。

GGuest UserEverything was very nice. We asked and they pucked us up from the West Train Station. The man was waiting for us when the train arrived.
The only thing I didn't like is that smoke was coming through the ventilation system from other rooms. Chinese people smoke very much and it is not easy to find a smoke-free place.

CChengdufengyuI searched for resort hotels in Xichang on Ctrip, and it came down to a choice between the top two, so I picked this one. The hotel's location is a bit out of the way; if you don't have a car, you'll mostly rely on taxis. They do have fast and slow chargers, which is great for electric car owners! It's right next to Yinlin Beach, and you can reach Qionghai Lake by walking through the hotel lobby. The rooms and cleanliness are good, but the soundproofing is poor!
I brought my family this time and booked three rooms for two nights. On the last day, my elderly parents were too tired, so we requested a late checkout until 2 PM, which the front desk agreed to. Many thanks for that!
As a relatively expensive resort hotel, I do have a few suggestions. The front desk staff are excellent, but their uniforms are quite old and should be replaced – it detracts from the hotel's image!
There's no bellhop service, which is very inconvenient for guests with a lot of luggage or those with mobility issues! There are only two or three staff members that guests typically interact with, so certain services should not be skimped on! The dust on the front desk counter and computer screens was so thick you could write in it. The cleaning staff could take some time to address this, as it's an area guests see. Another unacceptable point is that all the seating in the public areas outside the lobby requires a fee. They should at least offer it for free to in-house guests! After all, it's a resort hotel, not a budget hotel, and it made my elderly parents feel they could only rest in their rooms.
Due to the hotel's somewhat remote location, food delivery usually takes over an hour. The hotel does have a Chinese restaurant, a Western restaurant, and a barbecue bar, which is convenient, though a bit pricey, as expected. I'd recommend eating out before returning to the hotel to rest!
The hotel breakfast is average, possibly because there aren't many guests on weekdays. I wonder how it will be during the upcoming long holiday.

Seeing that there are bad reviews, the owner of the store said that there are bad reviews normal, no one can do perfect, but also told us that the store is not satisfied with the room, you can cancel the order at any time, the boss atmosphere is more user-friendly, 106 bus is below, do not want to drive, change a travel tool is still a good choice. More than 100, very cost-effective, equipped with disposable slippers, bottled water, facilities are relatively complete. It is more convenient to have a Chinese restaurant nearby.
