The location of the hotel is very convenient. It takes less than 10 minutes to walk to the central square. The view of the hotel terrace is also very good. Very pleasant stay.

The room was very clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The surrounding area was quiet, and the location was great—just a 15-minute walk to the city center. The owner was incredibly kind! My friend suddenly fell ill last night and wanted to extend his check-out time to 2:30 PM today, and the owner readily agreed. We were so grateful to him! 🙏🙏😊 He also recommended a nearby restaurant that serves authentic local cuisine; we've eaten there four times already! 🤣 The food is fantastic! 👍😊 Overall, we were very satisfied and would give it a five-star recommendation! 😊😊

It is located in a housing area. We use waze to drive here. It is a big bungalow, with ample parking space. The main reason I chose this place is because the toilet has bidet. And it is even better as the place is very clean. The toilet is updated and comfy, even the shower curtain is clean, not even a single black dot can be seen. I didn't take any photo of the bathroom though. There's a common kitchen. They provide water dispenser as well. We get to the city using Bolt, and it was cheap. No issue in getting transportation. Overall I recommend this place if you are in Kutaisi.

Great place if you have a late or night arrival! They picked us up for free from the airport in the middle of the night, which was super convenient. The hotel is located halfway between the airport and the city center, so it’s easy to get around. The staff were really kind and helped us find a taxi when we needed it. Everything was smooth and well organized — definitely recommend it!

Arrived at 22.00 and departed at 4.00. Essentially I haven't tried anything. But the neighbors didn’t let me sleep either. Overall a ok place

We stayed for 3 nights, it turned out to be 2 full days in Kutaisi. For us, the location was convenient, I arrived from Tbilisi by train. The hotel is next to the train station. Check-in is fast. The room is spacious enough, a comfortable bed, clean linen, towels. There is everything you need, gels, shampoos, toothbrushes. There is a kettle, tea, coffee, they give 0.5 water daily. Bathrobes, disposable slippers. Breakfasts are good, buffet, enough choice. Cleaning is daily, but we refused, because we only spent the night in the room. We walked around the main sights of Kutaisi, from the hotel to the central square about 20 minutes. We were quite satisfied with the chosen hotel.

Close to airport, clean, good service, but a bit old facilities.

Location excellent, right beside White Bridge; & 5 min. walk to Colchis Fountain, which is also bus stop (#3) to Rioni train station. My room: clean, comfortable enough, a bit light on amenities (no soap/shampoo), smallish---but perfect location.

The hotel is not in the main city, the location is a bit off. Next to the hotel is the viaduct, very noisy at night, the noise on the road is very loud. The room area is very small, and the place to put luggage is difficult to find. The introduction on the Ctrip page is 18㎡, in fact, it is 10m. The data provided on Ctrip is often inaccurate, and the photos are not real enough. The room was very clean. The hotel's breakfast is on the top floor, and it is still very good. The restaurant can see some city scenery.
