From the moment I arrived until my departure, every aspect of my stay reflected the high standards that Westin is known for. Check-In and Reception: The check-in process was smooth and efficient. Staff members at the front desk were welcoming, professional, and attentive. Despite arriving slightly earlier than the standard check-in time, the reception team made every effort to accommodate me promptly, setting a positive tone for the rest of my stay. Room Quality: I stayed in a beautifully appointed room featuring modern decor, plush furnishings, and floor-to-ceiling windows offering a stunning city view. The room was immaculately clean and thoughtfully designed for comfort, with Westin’s signature Heavenly® Bed ensuring restful sleep. Amenities such as a spacious work desk, fast Wi-Fi, and a well-stocked minibar added to the convenience. Facilities: The hotel’s facilities are top-notch. The gym was large, modern, and well-equipped, catering perfectly to guests who wish to maintain their fitness routines. I also enjoyed the serene outdoor swimming pool, a perfect retreat for relaxation. The Heavenly Spa offered a luxurious experience, with professional therapists and a calming ambiance that helped me unwind after a long day. Dining: Dining at The Westin Surabaya was a highlight. The breakfast buffet at Magnolia Restaurant featured a vast selection of both local and international dishes, all beautifully presented and fresh. I also tried room service one evening, and the food arrived promptly, still warm, and well-prepared. The hotel’s attention to culinary detail truly enhanced the overall experience. Staff Service: Throughout my stay, the service was consistently outstanding. Every staff member I interacted with — from housekeeping to concierge to restaurant servers — was genuinely friendly, attentive, and willing to go the extra mile to ensure guests’ satisfaction. Location: Situated adjacent to the upscale Pakuwon Mall, the location is highly convenient for shopping, dining, and entertainment. It’s also relatively close to the airport and key city attractions, making it an excellent base for both business and leisure travelers. We checked in a little late yet staff was very accommodating. Our room was on the 26 floor and it was really spacious for 2 pax. There’s an iron steamer in the room and this is such a win for us who can’t live without iron even during a short trip. It will be better if they provide us the iron board though. Shampoo conditioner and body wash were provided and I wish they provide more hooks in the washroom. It’s a bummer that we only took video of the room but we couldn’t even upload the video here. Went for a short workout in the gym in the morning before breakfast. They have treadmill elliptical bike some dumbbells and bench for you to do some press lol. They have a good selection of breakfast. We stayed so long so that we were able to try everything from the breakfast menu. The best part of the hotel was that it is connected to the Pakuwon City Mall. Shopping made easy 🤭

5 star hotel in the West Surabaya area, very good facilities, quite comfortable rooms, spacious and clean bathrooms. There is a play area for children, the swimming pool area is cool, beautiful and shady. Shangrila has always been the best hotel from the past, I stayed in deluxe room

Hi hotel management I like to thank you for good hospitality good service ,staffs friendly and responsive fast attended to room service. From reception ,restaurant room service and maintenance dept . Door men and security staff all showing friendly Only problem during my stay 4 night it sound from motobike scramble noisy continuously heard till all night till early morning at the hotel front side facing middle circle main road with traffic light And room facing back also have sound problem.this music sound beat constantly all night long start 11 onward ill till morning 4.30 am .until you can hear it and follow the music all night till morning .frankly honestly during our stay we cannot sleep well because disturbing by the sound problem. The hotel not fault only the surroundings noise make it a barely at night during sleeping. My suggestion the owner this hotel need take drastically measures to upgrade the all windows to fixed panel glass sound proof .I pity to staffs always try apologies for inconvenience when we tell them the problem matter i know they cannot solve the problem beyond they control. Only the owner hotel need try sleep at hotel both side room front and back and see your self I hope the the best in future some changes and,put effort solving the sound problems .the hotel everything are good except the sound problem surrounding.
