MM223148****The room was spacious and comfortable, and it's a 5-10 minute walk to the lake. However, the sheets and towels were a bit old, and dining options nearby were limited. It's one of the few hotels by the lake that offers double beds.

GGuest UserGood location, not far from the train station and the pier. The room was clean and comfortable, one bedroom and one living room apartment. The reception staff was very enthusiastic and patient. Although it is written as a 4-diamond hotel, close to 2000 nights, it is actually an apartment, there is no front desk and no door. The hotel also wants to contact us in advance to inform us, but unlike airbin, you can contact us directly. After arriving, you need to call the boss to pick us up. Since there is no front desk, the luggage can be stored until 4 o'clock. Pay attention to the matters in advance. It's not a big problem.

GGuest UserOn the edge of Lake Como, it is convenient to play. There is no front desk, and you need to call to check in, which is a bit troublesome. The room is decorated in retro but fully equipped. There is no cleaning in the middle.

MMarinThe hotel is well located near the city centre. Convenient car parking at hotel premises. I was disappointed that booking for one person gets you only one single bed in a very small room. For such a price paid (cca 150 euro/night) this was very disappointing. Breakfast was basic and fine. Very friendly staff.

AAlbaTodo correcto, la habitación amplia y con aire acondicionado. El parking algo caro y hay que reservar. Realmente se aparca en el patio delantero del hotel, hay que dejar las llaves y ellos mueven los coches para colocarlos.
Muy cerca del centro y de los muelles para coger los barcos que te llevan a otras ciudades. El desayuno correcto.
