AAmyWutlTerrible service for the reception staff named ***** *** if I had not miss spelled it. She was very rude and impatient when I asked her for card renewal. She used “You don’t understand…” “You must…” ( with horrible facial expressions). Don’t understand how the hotel manager selected and trained this stuff. She lacks the basic sense of being sincere and helpful. I can tell directly if this person is sincerely care about others or treat people differently in public or private( between me and her). Other people I met in Korean are warm and loving except for this lady. She ruined my day. She ruined my perfect impression of Daejeon. Hope she will be treated the exact same way when she is travelling and I definitely don’t want to see her or talk to her again. Lastly, apologise for my unpleasant review to the rest staff working in the hotel who are really kind and supportive!

GGuest UserRoom cleaning is also OK. Many equipment, computers, oversized TVs, air fresheners, some rooms have dryers or massage chairs. There are washing machines, coffee machines, drinks, dryers in the lobby. It feels like a hard shop. The room is a bit small and not much. Many Koreans stay. The price is a bit expensive, but relatively new and well-equipped and clean. Language communication is a bit difficult, it is recommended that foreigners must bring a translation machine.

GGuest UserGreat place... There are two hotels with the same name in Yuseong so make sure you are going to the right one (but they are quite close) The room was clean, and breakfast was available 24 7: cereal with coffee or other snacks. The staff was friendly. On the final day as I was leaving they even gifted me an umbrella as it was raining. There is a water dispenser too. Therer is wifi in each room. My room also had a tv and computer. (With HDMI and Ethernt) The internet is fast.

최프로I didn't have a scheduled stay, but I ended up having a drink, so I looked for a place to stay nearby in a hurry, and made a reservation. When I got to the place, the location was good, it was clean, and the hygiene was good. Above all, the bedding was good, so I was able to sleep well and come out. 100% of the visitors were willing to visit.

OOHDEOKThe room was clean and the staff was very friendly. The breakfast had a limited variety, but it was very filling. There were also many tables, so the dining area was larger than other business hotels.

GGuest UserThe hotel is located in DAEJEON. There are many restaurants and spas nearby. The service is very good. They supply free coffee, drinking water, kitchenware personal toothbrushes, pasta, and towels. In our room, the restroom is very big with a bathtub and three showers. The bedroom is also very big with a 1.8-width bed, a television, a computer, an air-conditioner and a small freezer. My boy sang high praise it as the best hotel he lived in.

GGuest UserI had an urgent trip to Daejeon and made a same-day reservation. All other accommodations were fully booked, so I opted for this one due to its affordability, and the owner was incredibly kind. As it's an older establishment, there was a stale cigarette smell, which other reviews also noted. However, the bedding and bathroom hygiene were excellent. Parking, however, was a bit challenging. Even the nearby lot they directed me to was full, so I had to park elsewhere, but considering the price, it wasn't a significant inconvenience.

트립이용자The hotel parking was a bit cramped, which was inconvenient, and the lack of proper service was disappointing. Still, the staff were friendly. The hotel facilities were good for the price, with a microwave, electric kettle, large refrigerator, and washing machine, which was unusual. However, basic amenities like shampoo, soap, and a comb had to be purchased. It was my fault for not doing the research, but I've been to many budget hotels, and I've never experienced anything like this, so I was shocked. The heating was also very good, but the control panel seemed to be broken, so even when I turned it off and slept with the windows open, it was incredibly hot. It was the first time I'd had trouble sleeping because of the heat in winter. My whole family felt a bit uncomfortable...

MMizukiThere are free drinks (bottled water, canned orange juice, and two other types) in the fridge and you can take them from the lobby. Many hotels don't provide amenities these days, but this one has disposable amenities such as toothbrushes and face wash in the room. I stayed multiple nights and told the receptionist that I didn't need cleaning, so they will give you towels if you ask. The bathroom seems to have been renovated and is as clean as the photos show. The air conditioner and TV remote controls are all in one. I was able to stay comfortably without any inconvenience. They also have a straightening iron and loungewear.

GGuest UserWe didn’t request for housekeeping and the door sign showing “not to disturb”, however when we came back shortly from market walk, we noticed the room was replenished and bedding was changed, we didn’t locked our luggage and left our local currency in the backpack as we didn’t expect any housekeeping. As we were rushing out for the itinerary and we didn’t check anything missing. After checked out only noticed our country currency left in my backpack which kept in the wardrobe was missing. Lesson learned, careful on the security of this hotel. Don’t leave any valuable things in the room.
