Juarez Municipality Hotels with Parking

I need to cancel this transaction. I arrived to the hotel, and they told me no payment was received, therefore, they charged me again. Please help.

The hotel is very new and clean. The staff were all very nice and supportive to non-spanish speakers.

All super in my stay,is far from the consulate and the q transfers do are with time that the hotel has and the return is in Uber or taxi.

The hotel overall feels good! The surrounding environment and facilities are average, and the service and sanitary conditions are good. It would be better if the reception desk could provide Chinese or English translation services.

There are fewer sockets in the room, and the hot water is not too hot

The air conditioner is manually sputumed and the room has no water. The front desk is not welcoming.

Excellent place to stay and enjoy the weekend. The staff are very friendly and helpful The rooms are very clean and comfortable

Upon arrival had problems with TV but problem was fixed within two minutes. Also had problems with getting in the room due to bad key lock but again got fixed very quick. Cleaning staff and maintenance was very polite and very helpful. Highly recommend.

Easy way to get to the town in the morning. Clean rooms and lots of room and friendly people
