Room itself was cozy and clean however the television did not work and after attempting to let front office know they ignored me saying the TV did work when it didn't. They never offered to go check it out which was frustrating. Hotel was nice but art the construction made it somewhat not very comfortable

The balcony is connected to the next room and it doesn't feel safe enough. There is only one towel, no bath towel.

Mi experiencia en el hotel Ibis de Cd. Juárez fue muy agradable. La habitación estaba limpia y con un clima muy cómodo. La atención fue rápida y eficiente, lo que nos dio mucha confianza durante nuestra estancia. Podíamos entrar y salir con total tranquilidad, como si estuviéramos en casa. Sin duda volvería a reservar en este hotel
