I had a very pleasant stay at the Sheraton Amsterdam Airport Hotel. Its location is incredibly convenient—just a one-minute walk from the airport, which makes it perfect for travelers with early flights or short layovers. The hotel was clean and well-maintained, and the overall atmosphere felt comfortable and welcoming. The service was excellent, with staff who were consistently helpful, friendly, and attentive to guests’ needs. One of the highlights of my stay was the breakfast. The hotel offers a good Western breakfast with a variety of options, all fresh and satisfying. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and great service right next to the airport.

The room was fantastic, and the complimentary snacks were a thoughtful touch. The bed was soft and very comfortable. Its location near the airport makes it perfect for those catching a flight the next day. However, I had a terrible experience with the airport shuttle. The website stated there was a free shuttle, and I even double-checked the timetable. I waited at the designated area (A9–A13), but no bus ever showed up! I saw shuttles from other hotels coming and going constantly, yet I waited for over an hour with no sign of ours. I’m not sure if a pre-booking was required, but I strongly advise everyone to call and confirm with the hotel beforehand Additionally, the shampoo dispenser in my bathroom was broken and wouldn't pump. 🥲

The staff were excellent, and the room was very clean and spacious. I stayed for three days. The airport shuttle bus is free if you're a member. The room is quite large, which makes this hotel more convenient than staying in the city center if you're flying in and out of Amsterdam within 2-3 days, as you don't have to drag your luggage into the city. Plus, you get more space. The price always fluctuates; sometimes booking early is more expensive than booking closer to the date. I booked early and ended up paying over 700 more for three days. (I don't recommend the breakfast. We bought two separate breakfasts for 19 euros per person, and there was very little to eat – mostly basic bread items. It's not even close to the quality of breakfast you'd find at a 4 or 5-star chain hotel in Sweden). Overall, I'm satisfied and would recommend it.

We had a fantastic stay at NH Amsterdam Schiphol Airport. Out of all the hotels we stayed at during our trip, this was undoubtedly the best. Outstanding Hospitality: The staff are incredibly professional, friendly, and kind. A huge thumbs up to Moran and Peter—their professionalism and warm attitude made our stay truly memorable. We were also very grateful for the early check-in and late check-out, which made our travel schedule so much smoother. Comfortable Rooms & Facilities: The room was excellent—clean, well-maintained, and the shower had great water pressure. The kitchen and laundry appliances were all very useful and in great condition. Airport Shuttle Service: The hotel’s shuttle is a lifesaver, especially since the elevators at the nearby public bus station are currently under maintenance and only accessible from one direction. • To the Hotel: The shuttle from the airport is free. • To the Airport: It costs €5 per person, which is well worth it if you have heavy luggage. It’s a quick 10-minute ride, and we never had to wait long. Overall, we highly recommend this hotel for its superior service and convenience!

It feels very ”family-friendly” and is surrounded by nature, making it a peaceful retreat. However, keep in mind its location if you plan on visiting the city center frequently. Location & Transport 🚌 Proximity: Conveniently located about 10 minutes from the airport. Shuttle: The hotel provides a scheduled shuttle bus to and from the airport with frequent departures. City Access: There is no direct transport to the city center. To get downtown, you must take the shuttle back to the airport and transfer to a train/bus, call a taxi, or take a local bus to a transit point. It can feel a bit isolated if you don't have a car. Parking 🚗 There is ample parking space available, but please note that it costs approximately €20 per day. Room Quality 🛌 The Good: The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-maintained. Overall, the room quality is very satisfying. The Amenities: A bit minimal. They provide the basics (soap, shampoo, and lotion), but no shower caps or other extra vanity kits. You might want to bring your own. Service & Facilities 🍳 Staff: The front desk team is professional and helpful. Breakfast: A highlight! The breakfast spread is good, and the staff are very attentive—constantly clearing plates and keeping the tables clean. We stayed 3 nights at the Moxy Amsterdam Schiphol. Hotel is relatively quiet. The Moxy shares a shuttle with NH Hotel. For the shuttle to the airport, payment is expected via a chip per person which can be obtained from reception and booking has to be made. It costs €4 per person who is not a Marriott Bonvoy member or €3.5 for members. It is free from the airport to the hotel. There is no fridge, coffee or tea making facilities. We had to place a deposit of €90 on check in. Free coffee available in the morning only as the grab and go. No bottle water given as tap water is drinkable.

The hotel's location is super convenient, just about a 10-minute bus ride to the airport. We booked the Budget Ibis because the regular Ibis was fully booked. The decor and facilities are a bit more basic, but overall, it was a decent experience. It's really good value for money if you're looking for a hotel for an early flight. Plus, the croissants and mini Dutch pancakes at breakfast were absolutely delicious!

The hotel is located near Amsterdam Airport, so it's a bit out of the way with limited surrounding amenities, making transportation inconvenient. The room was generally clean, but the decor is dated and the soundproofing is poor. Service was acceptable, with prompt front desk responses. It's suitable for business travelers catching early flights, but not recommended as a base for sightseeing. Value for money is just average.

I booked a Superior Twin with Sofa bed, but upon check-in, I received a Comfort Twin room. After seeing the room, I informed them that there must be a mistake, but the Receptionist insisted it was correct. I then asked why there was no sofa, and she said this was a Superior Twin without a sofa. The next morning, I asked another staff member what type of room this number was. The staff member confirmed it was a Comfort Twin. So, I took down that staff member's name and called Trip.com, providing them with the name. Shortly after, Trip.com called back, apologized, and immediately refunded the difference between the two room types, approximately 70 Euros. I was very impressed with Trip.com. However, I find it strange that the hotel would do this without fearing legal repercussions. This is intentional deception.

The hotel staff was very welcoming. They arrived early and let us check in early even though we were very tired. The room was also quite clean. But the transportation is not very convenient, it is very remote, and it takes 12 minutes to walk to the nearest station.
