I really like the feeling of this hotel. I like the wallpaper, furniture and furnishings of her home. The bed is very comfortable. The bed is clean and comfortable. The four-person family has a double bed. The twin beds have a water heater and a coffee machine. Room 2 can sit in the beautiful courtyard with a cup of coffee on the first floor. Great experience

Rough around the edges is the best way to sum up this place. It looks nice but the service is bad- one would hope the front desk would see a line and respect that order rather than just letting anyone walk up- nope. The bell men/ concierge don't actually help with bags😳. The wifi for the building was out for half of my stay. The front desk staff seemed unconcerned about when it would be repaired 🤦♀️ The only good thing I can truly boast about is the bar tenders cocktail skills, he makes some gooooood cocktails.

The place was pretty accessible (near to the train station) and reasonable price as compared to those in Amsterdam.
Room is relatively small but still ok for a couple. Breakfast was surprisingly not bad for a complimentary one. Would consider staying here again when I come back.

Great location, easy to get around in Rotterdam. If you are a bit sensitive to noise , better ask for a room far away from the elevator.
Highlight is definitely the breakfast buffet team - thanks a lot for the great service and smiles despite a high stress level in the morning.

Really nice hotel. The view is stunning. Great amenities. Nice breakfast. Very near to the metro. Trams stop in front of the hotel. Very accessible. But the check in is at 3pm. Unlike other hotels, we can check in a bit earlier. But here, we had to stay at the lobby until the check in time. Good thing, you can drop your luggage at the reception desk and stroll around the city. Overall it’s good, worth the price!

The metro station Eendrachtsplein is just right next to the hotel, and it’s just one stop away from the World Trade Centre.
Walkable distance to the supermarket Albert Heijn or Dirk and the famous shopping areas called Lijnbaan
🛌Room: spacious and nice sound proof, my room is located on the 10th floor, can’t hear any sounds from the street / tram
🫠However improvement is needed for the hygiene, stains are found on the couch and the tv remote control is quite dirty. Can tell either the previous hotel guests had very oily hands/ like to eat chips/ popcorns/ biscuits while using the remote. I had to use the alcohol wipe to clean it before using it🤢
🛀Bathroom: hygiene is acceptable, shower gel, conditioner, shampoo, dryers are provided but not the tooth brush / paste. I brought my own so I didn’t ask for it.
🚿Sufficient water pressure from the shower and the bathtub did help me a lot after a long day.
🥋Bath rope and slippers are provided.
There’re a mini fridge, coffee machine, and an electric water broiler. 🤢however I found there’re some sediments in the broiler so I just brought the bottle water from the supermarket instead.
🍞🥖🥐Breakfast: average to good, a wide selection of pastry, and cheese. With salmon, ham, sausages, scrambled eggs, hard/ soft boiled eggs, yogurts and some grannolas
💁🏻♀️Staff: attentive and kind
- i didn’t wait for too long for check in, waiting time was just around 5 mins, since I arrived at around 12 and I just asked whether my room was ready and the reception was kind to help me to see whether early check in was possible! Lucky me, I could get my room earlier.
- The reception also helped me to receive my delivery and stored it for me until I returned to the hotel. Thank you so much for helping me out.
🫤The day before the last day, I checked with the counter at the breakfast receptionist that she said she didn’t find my record for the breakfast on my last day (the check out day), she advised me to purchase for the extra breakfast, if I wanted. However, when I looked at my hotel booking that it’s included. so if you are also booked with the breakfast, make sure you double check with them.

I loved the central location – right in the heart of the city, with an MRT station just across the street and both bus and tram stops nearby. The staff was incredibly helpful during my stay. MmiminemThis is a pod hotel, well located with friendly and helpful staff. The place is clean , quiet inside, but busy outside, well located if you want to have a drink in the evening, go to the station or subway.
Only thing was the lift does not seem to work often, at least when I was there, it could be used only going up.Anyways, was a pleasant one night stay in Rotterdam.

The staff are incredibly helpful, friendly, and hospitable, making for an enjoyable stay. However, the furniture is outdated and in need of refurbishment. The chair at the writing desk in my room was sunken and uncomfortable, which was particularly inconvenient during my business trip, as I needed to use the desk frequently.

CChiuThe hotel is somewhat hidden between buildings, making it difficult to locate—even our Uber driver struggled to find the entrance. The front door resembles the back entrance of a commercial building, which made for an unwelcoming first impression.
While the staff were very friendly and helpful, we encountered some challenges with accessibility. We had to climb two steep flights of stairs to reach our room, which could be an issue for guests with heavy luggage or mobility concerns.
The room itself was extremely small. The bed was only about a foot away from the bathroom and toilet, which made the space feel cramped and uncomfortable. Additionally, there were no windows in the room, except for one facing the corridor where other guests frequently walk by, offering little privacy or natural light.
There were no amenities provided, and breakfast was not included in the rate, which made the stay feel like poor value for the price.
If you aren't a backpacker looking for the most basic accommodations, I would recommend considering other options such as the Holiday Inn Express, which may offer better value and comfort.

LLimThe hotel’s room is big and clean. Though the design is a bit old-fashioned but that is ok with us.
Staff are friendly and the location is great ! Really convenient ! Everywhere we wanted to go to is within walking distance or could take the MRT train from the Stadhuis station. This station is the nearest to this hotel. From the Central Station to this hotel, it is about 8 to 10mins walk.
There are many eateries, restaurants, supermarket and shopping areas nearby. Many burgers outlets around. Some even open till 11pm. Do take note that other eateries close earlier like 8pm or 9pm.
Though there is no air-con but there is a standing fan available. The TV is clear and is in working condition. Beds are comfortable and the bathroom is spacious.
The only thing that disappointed us was the elevator. It was not working for the 3 nights stay here. The staff was very kind, she arranged for us to stay on the 1st floor. Hence, fewer steps for us to carry our luggages up.

DduguguirenI had a satisfying stay in The Hague yesterday, so I'll just make do with it today. Although the rating is not high and there are indeed many problems (especially a bloody drama in the corridor in the middle of the night, with a bunch of men and women crying, laughing, fighting and scolding), it is better than those three-star boutique hotels in Amsterdam. The room is good with a desk and chair, and the bathroom is brighter and more spacious than expected. By the way, there is a supermarket a few steps away, which is very convenient.
