Muscat Hotels with Parking

Easy to find, parking was super convenient, and the pool was beautiful. The included meals were excellent, and the room facilities were complete. The staff were warm and polite. Good value for money, highly recommended!

Service not bad, facilities ok ok managable. Ambience was a bit uncomfortable for a family stay especially at the reception during our check in at late night due to clubbing girls!!!🥲

Overall, Fraser Suites Muscat met our expectations. We stayed here twice, including three nights at the start of our Oman trip before Ramadan and two nights at the end during Ramadan. As we arrived late at night and departed for an early flight, a 24-hour front desk was essential. Check-in and check-out were smooth both times. Parking is plentiful, with spacious options both in front of the hotel and in the basement, which is at street level. On both occasions, we were assigned One Bedroom Deluxe Suites with a beautiful view of the Mohammed Al Ameen Mosque across the main road. The rooms are spacious and feature a functional kitchen with a full fridge with freezer. However, we were disappointed that our request to stay in the same room for our second visit was not honoured. The check-in staff later explained they cannot reserve specific room numbers. We wish this had been clarified when we first made the request. This is one part of the service that I found lacking. The blackout curtains are excellent, effectively blocking out both the sunlight and the heat for mornings we wanted to sleep in. The suite also provides a box of laundry powder for the washing machine, which was very handy during our first stay. Muscat’s dry climate meant our clothes air-dried quickly overnight in the service yard. There are a good number of electric sockets, including some international ones, throughout the suite. While the rooms are generally clean, housekeeping was occasionally inconsistent with changing towels. Additionally, the shower area tends to flood due to the floor design, which was a common issue we encountered in other Omani hotels in this price range. The water pressure is adequate, but note that you must turn on the water heater in the room for at least an hour to ensure a consistently warm shower. This should be mentioned during check-in. Both stays were very quiet with no noise issues. Bottled water was given generously and topped up promptly upon request without limits. Our only minor struggle was the air conditioning. We could not quite figure out the wall controls, the system seemed only to cool rather than heat. With Muscat temperatures ranging from 18 to 28°C, the room felt a bit too cold at night, so we opted to switch the unit off entirely.

The place was lovely, wonderful, and definitely worth experiencing. However, I do have a small comment: the windows in the rooms should be openable to allow for fresh air circulation. The service was good, and the cleaning was excellent – spacious and large.

I'm a luxury travel advisor who traveled here with my husband and our two children for our holiday. The hotel itself is absolutely stunning and conveniently located close to the airport. Because it sits on a public beach, the experience feels less like a private resort and more like a hotel that’s integrated into the local area, which may appeal to travelers looking for something less secluded. Unfortunately, the stay did not live up to the Mandarin Oriental standard we expected, particularly when it came to service and coordination. The concierge experience was a major pain point. We reached out multiple times, both before and during our stay, to help plan activities and experiences in Oman, but emails and calls routinely went unanswered. When responses did come, they were often delayed or incomplete, making it difficult to rely on the concierge for planning. Because we traveled a long way to Oman and were counting on the concierge to help us navigate the destination, this was especially disappointing. We ultimately left feeling like we missed out on fully experiencing Oman due to the lack of communication and follow-through. Additionally, the club lounge, accessible through certain suites, fell short in both food quality and service. Overall communication across the hotel felt inconsistent, and the property appeared understaffed at times. We heard similar feedback from other guests during our stay and did raise these concerns directly with the hotel.

In my opinion this hotel seems to be a 2* hotel rather than 4*.  We received a room with an AC not working. Nobody answered our calls and requests and I had to complain in person to change my room after several calls.  The breakfast is normal. You easily hear the conversations in the corridors and rooms next to you ! As my experience Waize navigators is wrong in addressing the hotel and you must be very careful when using your navigator. Decent hotel, rooms were big for nothing really cheap and plain decor fake marble tiles room interior was not matching the hotel price or downstairs lobby, for the price of hotel all amenities and mini bar was chargeable also price of breakfast was not worth the money, the dressing table was a joke unusable plugs socket on dressing table, huge construction site outside the hotel only attraction was the 5 star restaurants on site keep your wallets loaded 😉

What a wonderful stay we had at Park Inn! From the moment you enter the hotel everything feels so well maintained, clean and service is high. The check in was smooth and the staff is very nice! The rooms are spacious, beds are super comfortable and the shower was amazing, especially the rain shower. The hotel from ground floor/lobby to the rooms are clean and all of it feels fresh. The breakfast in the hotel is definitely a must have when you visit this hotel, everything is freshly made, the options are in abundance and we had a joy having breakfast here daily. Points for improvements for this hotel from my point of view: why do they have a beautiful flat screen Samsung TV that's not Android/Google TV? We are living in 2026 and I just can't get over the fact that in a hotel like Park Inn you have a very poor choice of entertainment in your room. You can cast to the tv, but it works very badly and the built in web browser is just horrible to use on the tv. If possible I would recommend the hotel to just invest in this to make someones stay more pleasant. Another thing for improvement is the coffee bar. I had 2 coffees there, one regular cappuccino and 1 Spanish Latte and unfortunately for such a hotel, with an amazing breakfast and what looked like an amazing dinner experience and a lovely coffee bar, the coffee was just not good, especially not for the price you pay for it. This resulted in me going out daily with my car to different coffee shops to get decent coffee. Such a shame, because the machines and set-up look ok to have some good coffee, I suspect the coffee beans to be the culprit or that something needs to be checked. Other than these 2 minor points, this was definitely a very pleasant stay and definitely a hotel I want to return to whenever I visit Muscat again!

The hotel's location is excellent, making it very convenient for getting around. It's easy to catch a taxi right outside, and there are many restaurants nearby. The room was clean and quiet, and the staff were very friendly.

I've actually been staying at this hotel for a week now. It's been good, but today the cleaning staff might have been tired, I'm not sure, but they didn't clean well. They rushed through it. My things in the bathroom were supposed to be neatly arranged, but some items were knocked over and scattered. I think they might need to practice making the bed properly. I'm not a picky person and I don't ask them to clean every day, but I think it should have been cleaner and more organized. And the woman at reception should smile more. 😂
