Urubamba Hotels with Parking

Doesn’t meet Belmond expectations. 1. Food is average, the same we had in a small village, change a chef, not tasty at all. 2. On a breakfast waiters ALWAYS bring fruits and after 5 min asking if I need them. Why on earth I should eat fruits in 5 min? And why do you need it? Quality and variety of breakfast is not nice — all days we had not fresh blueberries. In my home country I have blueberries from Peru and it’s fresher. How it is possible? 3. Welcome is not in Belmond style: no champagne or good chocolate. 4. One day we asked to clean the room before 12, they did, we came and I was sure we are alone in the room. When I was naked I saw a gardener in our private terrace. He also saw me. How it’s possible he entered our terrace when I was in the room????? With no bell and knocking???? 5. Alpacas feeding is also trash: all people from hotel come, you will never get nice pictures like on instagram. Why you don’t make it by appointment? We had a lot of experiences with animals in different countries , this one is the worst. 6. Stuff is not well trained, communication is super artificial. Place is beautiful, but that’s it. Worst Belmond we have been to. Ask Monasterio Belmond about good experience and top notch service.

Cleaning lady friendly and helpful. Owners who normally run the place out of town. Hotel is about 10 minute walk to town. Most of the road to plaza is paved. I ate at a very good restaurant in plaza. Almost all the restaurants offer excellent views and vegetarian options. The hotel has glorious views from the rooftop where they serve breakfast daily. There is coffee available or hot water 24x7. The area is quite except for cows mooing. Internet excellent. Hot shower excellent. Eggs made to order for breakfast. Google translate needed at hotel + in town. Wish all hotels offered filtered water. This would reduce the daily purchase of plastic bottled water. I enjoyed my stay.

The lodge is clean with friendly staff. Water pressure is a little weak but overall it's a nice and comfortable stay.

The hotel is amazing!!! It’s little far away from the city, but is worth it! We really enjoyed! And we really recommend it.

The hotel is very successful, near stops, taxis, shops and cafes, the room was 508, clean but a little killed with a web on the windows and unpleasant smell, bed comfortable, warm, hot water is, with a piece of soap and shampoo. Very delicious and saturated breakfast - Swedish table, from hot - omlet, unparalleled fruit salad, yoghurt, mushrooms, tea-coffee, bakers, cheese, ham.

Nice hotel. The water in the shower is a little warm but very warm blanket. Overnight is normal

Overall a nice stay however we arrived late and there was nobody in the check in area. Took us a long time to check in as we had to wait in the dark

honestly such a dilemma to review! It's near the train to Machu so that's awesome! Also they helped us pack a super nice breakfast with water and we are so thankful! However the room was infested with insects and I got a shock of my life!! Like a lot of flying insects and we couldn't do anything about it. The people are nice too and price so reasonable! So it's really dilemma to review !

Hotel in the central street of the town, very nice with good repair. Good hot water with excellent pressure. We had a room with river view. The shortcomings are: during our stay there was repair, and noisy work was carried out from morning to evening, it was tiring and inappropriate. On the first day breakfast was announced from 8.00 to 9.00, which is quite strange for the hotel. We came to 8.00 because in 8.30 we had to leave, and we were told that hot breakfast would be ready only for 8.30. We couldn't wait, and we were given dry packs, which is of course nice, but quite strange. On the second day, breakfast was from 7.00 to 9.00, it was rich and delicious. It feels that the hotel itself is cool, but it has management problems.
