Cebu City Hotels with Parking

Had an amazing stay at Nustar Hotel Cebu. The rooms were spacious, clean, and beautifully designed, with stunning views of the sea. The service was exceptional—staff were attentive, warm, and professional. The amenities, especially the pool and dining options, made the experience even more memorable. Definitely one of the best places to stay in Cebu. Highly recommended!

Locals told me this is the most luxurious hotel in Cebu. The opulent lobby and the kind, attentive staff truly impressed me. The view from my room wasn't great as there was construction (probably another hotel) directly across, but the room was cleaned beautifully every day, making my stay very comfortable. I was also very happy to have a bathtub, as hotels with tubs are quite rare in Cebu. This meant the bathroom was quite spacious. Although you could see into the room from the outside, closing the curtains solved that completely. The amenities were excellent, including toothbrushes, razors, combs, and more! I was also pleased to find body lotion. I booked a plan with breakfast included, and I'm so glad I did! There was a wide variety of dishes, and the menu changed slightly every day, so I never got bored. While some dishes had a strong smell, the taste wasn't bad at all. There are pools on the 4th and 5th floors, and the views were absolutely stunning, so I highly recommend checking them out. The pool on the 4th floor is smaller, but the panoramic views are fantastic for taking photos. The gym was also available 24 hours. If I ever go to Cebu again, I will definitely stay at this hotel. It was so wonderful that I didn't want to go back to Japan...

The hotel's location is excellent, with plenty of amenities nearby. The service is also top-notch, and every staff member is very enthusiastic. However, there are a few drawbacks: the bathroom is tiny, the soundproofing in the rooms isn't great, and the breakfast selection is quite limited. If these issues were improved, it would easily be a five-star hotel.

I would like to raise a concern regarding our stay on May 15. On the morning of May 15, we woke up to find that the floor was extremely wet, and we also noticed that a large area of the ceiling was wet, which strongly suggests there may have been a water leak. This situation was very concerning and made us feel uncomfortable during our stay. In addition, the air conditioning unit in our room was very noisy, which seriously disturbed our sleep. Our friend staying in another room experienced the same issue with the air-conditioning noise as well. We will be staying at your hotel again tomorrow, and we are worried that the same problems may happen again. Could you please arrange for your staff to inspect these issues as soon as possible and ensure that our room for the next stay will be in good condition, with no leakage and a quiet air-conditioning unit? Location is excellent. I walked 5 min central section. At near 7 Eleven very convenience.  One unsatisfied thing is noisy. For example AC. Single room is very noisy i can control manual

The price is very cheap but the place is very clean, they offer good breakfast (silog meals), staff are all well trained and willing to assist. Guard is very helpful. Overall good experience. Will surely book this again when we visit Cebu again. They have a small cafe and you can order good food and drinks. 10/10 :)

Overall good experience with Tsai. It's located in the city center near the Cebu IT Park. You can just ride a jeep going to Ayala Terminal where you can ride the bus going to Tops and it's also accessible to malls and restaurants. Our room also has a balcony which is super nice

Had a great stay, just near VFS biometrics center for Australian visa. Enjoyed their buffet breakfast for an affordable price. Staff were all helpful and friendly. We’ ll surely recommend the place.

We stayed mainly for the sky attraction. Based on past reviews, I was worried about issues like no hot water, but the shower worked fine and the room exceeded my expectations for the price. I would definitely like to stay again :)

Our stay in Richmond Plaza Hotel was excellent, i just want to suggest that we wish they would have hair blower, Kettle inside the room thats all. the staff are nice alsooooo kudos!
