HHugo RafaelThe hotel is located in nice beach, white sand, an incredible spot, however not properly maintained. The access is bad, the water feature at the entry long stairs is not working and water seems to be stoped for a long time. It seems not very crowded with guests even on ***** New year holiday and only one restaurant running. The pool bar was closed.
Missing one of our bookings for a shuttle, encountering a huge cockroach near the bed, being told that the room is not ready on check in and after 10 mins it's actually ready and made us walk all the way back to reception when the room was just near where we were didn't leave us with a good impression of the service.
Staff needs to be more attentive not only saying ”good morning sir” but actually carrying for what are the guests needs.
Hotel staff needs more training.

The resort itself is stunning – beautifully designed, impeccably clean, and surrounded by lush greenery with breathtaking views of the ocean. Our room was spacious, modern, and incredibly comfortable, with thoughtful touches that made it feel like home.
What really made the experience unforgettable was the exceptional service. Every single staff member we encountered was warm, friendly, and went above and beyond to make our stay special.
If you're heading to Boracay and want a luxurious, relaxing, and memorable experience, Crimson Resort is the place to be.

The food was exceptional across all the restaurants. We particularly loved the seafood at the Sirena Restaurant. The breakfast buffet was one of the best we’ve experienced, with a wide variety of international and local options.

The pool area is beautiful and relaxing, and my son really enjoyed swimming there every day. The location is also great, just a few minutes from the beach and very accessible to restaurants and shops. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Overall, we truly had a great experience and would love to stay here again! 🌴✨

CChen PangilinanSobrang cool ng staff, very accommodating specially Ms. Rachel ba yun haha. Mejo malayo dito ha, pero may free shuttle naman sila i shared the schedule for your reference. May Free spa din and free breakfast na tlgang masusulit niyo. Masarap lalo na ung pancake. The place is quiet and calm lalo na sa mga mahilig mag solo at mag gawa ng journal like me. I have a very good quiet time with the Lord.
May pa welcome drinks din sila na tlgang na refresh ako nung dumating ako and they allowed me to check in early without me paying extra.
Nag bbrown out din kaya wag mangamba, ganun tlga pag isla 😊

AAnna IugovaAll was ok , but really far from all the activities.
They have transfer, but not many slots. Ppl are nice there. But behind the fridge it was too dirty.
Breakfast I also didn’t like , but it is my personal opinion. And they r pet friendly, that is very good. Also massage is good.

布布丁小愛The location is right next to the airport. If you don’t want to be rushed out of bed in Boracay at 0500, you can stay here for one night. However, the planes are a bit noisy taking off and landing. The hotel does not provide breakfast, but there is a seafood restaurant next to the hotel. It costs 99 yuan. Don’t order pork rice because it’s full of pork hair and fat. The wine is cheap, and it’s a bit embarrassing to read the reviews for other meals.

GGuest UserHotel is very near the beach. A slight problem though, they did not honor my bookinh in trip.com. Good thing they let me stay but the price is not as i book in trip.com app because i stayed during summer. Trip.com refunded me the amount i booked, hope trip.com will also compensate me for the difference. Call the hotel first to check if they honor booking from a particular site first, thats the thing i should do next time to prevent from paying extra and hussle asking for refund and compensation.
