GGuest UserThis hotel's ratings are really inflated. The rooms are genuinely worn out; the air conditioning smelled like mold when turned on, and the balcony view was of a dump. We couldn't change rooms because, as we were told at the front desk, everything was fully booked. The only saving graces are the hotel's location and its proximity to the beach. I disagree about the breakfast variety; it was the same every day, and a choice of five items hardly constitutes a varied breakfast. On the plus side, the staff was very friendly, always smiling and happy to help. They exchanged money at the front desk, and cleaning was quick and thorough. Every day, they brought complimentary cookies to the room. Smoking was allowed on the balcony, where an ashtray was provided. Honestly, only the staff and the hotel's location save it. For this price, you could find much better options.

GGuest UserIt truly lives up to its reputation as Boracay's premier hotel. The transfer service was exceptionally thoughtful, and the private jetty added a touch of exclusive luxury. The resort boasts comprehensive facilities, and the room amenities are impeccably maintained. It's wonderfully quiet, and the service is discreet yet incredibly attentive and considerate.

OOlga SbNice and very customer-oriented hotel with excellent service. They help with any issue (for example, they quickly helped buy glue to fix glasses), they greet you VERY warmly and are sincerely glad to see you. I didn't like the breakfast and the cleanliness of the tablecloths at breakfast. The bed and pillows are comfortable, the air conditioning is comfortable. The beach, sun loungers and towels, the pool at the Coast Hotel, can be used without restrictions. The service on the beach is also excellent, we have never seen anything like this.

GGuest UserBooked a room with shared bathroom. Room and bathroom are both spotless. Breakfast served was great, especially the bangsilog! Will surely book this hotel again when I go back to Boracay on a budget.
The only slight negative I could think of was the AC inside the room. It was loud.

SSom A.I had an amazing stay at Henann Lagoon Boracay- everything was truly on point. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, and the lagoon-style pool was the perfect spot to relax after a long day out. The staff were consistently warm, attentive, and always ready to help, which made the whole experience even better.
And I have to mention the breakfast buffet , easily one of the most impressive and high-quality breakfast spreads I’ve had. Great variety, fresh options, and everything tasted really good.
The location is also ideal: close enough to the beach and restaurants, but still peaceful and private. Overall, Henann Lagoon exceeded my expectations, and I’d definitely stay here again.

LLira FortzThe hotel it self is gorgeous with the amount I’ve paid, it exceeds my expectations. Staff are very nice & helpful. From reception, concierge, kitchen staff and cleaners they are all lovely. They prepare cakes in my room upon check in. Twas an amazing act of hospitality. Rooms was huge, so comfortable. Complete toiletries. Breakfast was amazing, different everyday. Thanx to Akky who offered me Toyo 🫶 was able to eat Toyo with champorado. The afternoon tea was free and it was so delicious. Pool was huge but the best part was early morning dip at the beach. 🤩 also, I lost my phone and the reception help me always to connect with the police. And was able to retrieve my phone from the help of the staff as well. No complain but a highly appreciation to the staff & i highly recommended this hotel. 🫶
