We had a truly wonderful 12-day stay at Ondus Hotel and enjoyed every moment. From the day we arrived, we were welcomed with genuine friendliness and incredible help from the staff. Every team member went out of their way to make us feel comfortable and cared for. Although the hotel does not offer a buffet breakfast, there are five delicious options to choose from each morning, and every meal was fresh and satisfying. The pool area is absolutely beautiful — a peaceful, relaxing space — and the hotel is perfectly located just a short walk from the beach. During our stay, our family unfortunately became extremely sick. The hotel is understandably strict about stains on linen, but despite this difficult situation, we were treated with nothing but respect, kindness, and support. That meant so much to us. After 12 days, we truly feel Ondus is a hidden gem with the perfect location. We will definitely be back!

I keep on coming back to this hotel whenever I am in Aklan and still gets amazed with the coordinated work of the employees and how they exceeded my expectations. Coast’s best assets are not just the location, timely airport transfer, their Filipino breakfast buffet, but most of all—-its employees. Thank you to Zel, Mercy, the concierge, Vea, Bryan/drivers, the guys who helped take care of us while on the beach, and I forgot the other names but— to everyone who made our stay really pleasantly memorable, thank you!

Our stay at Mandarin Nest Hotel was highly satisfying. The food was consistently excellent, offering both quality and flavor that made each meal enjoyable. The staff were accommodating and attentive, ensuring that our needs were met promptly and with genuine hospitality. The hotel’s location is very convenient, being just a short walk from D’Mall, which made exploring the area effortless. Check-in and check-out procedures were smooth and efficient, contributing to a stress-free experience. Overall, Mandarin Nest Hotel provides comfort, convenience, and outstanding service, making it a commendable choice for travelers in Boracay.

I love everything about the hotel from service, amenities, and the breakfast. Check in and check out was smooth. The hotel bed was so comfortable and it's worth all the money. Water pressure was good. AC was also good. It was even hard for us to come out of the bed because it was that comfy. It really cured our stress and it really felt a vacation like we could nap multiple times a day. Lol. Really also enjoyed the pool bar with the floating bed. The drinks were reasonable as well. Staff was very friendly and nice. Really enjoyed our stay and we will come back. Only downside was, it wasn't beachfront. You had to walk 7mins from the hotel to the beach. Wasn't really a big teal because we enjoyed the pool and overyexperience of the hotel. It sounds like you want to turn that into a polished hotel review. We also really enjoyed the pool bar, especially the floating beds. The drinks were reasonably priced, and the staff were all very friendly and welcoming. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would definitely come back. The only downside was that the hotel isn’t beachfront. You need to walk about 7 minutes to reach the beach. However, it wasn’t really a big deal for us since we enjoyed the pool and the overall hotel experience.

I had a wonderful three-day stay at this hotel. The service from the front desk, restaurant, and concierge was exceptional. The staff were all very friendly and promptly helped with any issues, making me feel very comfortable. The room was spotless and meticulously cleaned every day. The food was delicious with a good variety of options. From my room, I could see the beautiful pool outside, which was a lovely view and really brightened my mood. The hotel offers a shuttle service to D'Mall, which was incredibly convenient. Plus, it's just a few minutes' walk to White Beach, so the location is truly excellent. Overall, I was extremely satisfied and would definitely stay here again on my next visit!

This is unexpected booking but super worth it. They gave us excellent services from the early check in and room service. They checked if the guess are ok & some concern. The room are bigger than we expected. The buffet even just 2-3 options it’s delicious. Lots of option in bread and super yummy.everyone in hotel are friendly but need some training how to address the guess especially it’s obviously im a trans with big boobs and very feminine. Some staff especially the boys called me Sir which are very awkward and unprofessional if my boyfriend with me it’s going to be fight🫩 but In total it’s recommended hotel in boracay. It’s worth it our stay❤️

I would like to commend and thank Belmont Boracay Hotel for being warm and accommodating with us during our stay. It was a memorable time for the family especially to our daughter who celebrated her birthday there. They made my daughter's birthday extra special with their complimentary cake and greetings set up in our room. It was a good surprise for her. The staff had been very helpful and provide an excellent service. More power to you!!

Overall, it was a great stay for the budget, especially since the hotel residence offers a kitchenette where you can cook your own meals. The staff were super friendly, esp Mhaey, accommodating, and always willing to help. The location is excellent, right in the center of everything, with easy access to the beach, D’Mall, market, shops, restaurants, and spas. The beach is also just a 2-minute walk away, which was very convenient. The only thing that could use improvement is the TV. It would be much better if they upgraded to Smart TVs, as the current ones feel outdated and the channel reception/screen quality is not that great.

Pros The hotel is in a great location. It is right on the beach. Restaurants, bars and stores were all right outside hotel. As you walk out of hotel, you will be bombarded with people selling you things: hair braiding, excursions, seafood, tattoos, bracelets, massages… etc but that’s everywhere on the beach. Hotel staff were great!  They surprised my son with a birthday song and a treat on his birthday. We didn’t even let them know it was his birthday, so they must have noticed on his passport. They took photos and videos of this nice surprise. Upon checkout, hotel also gave us personalize bracelets as thank you gifts. Swimming pool was nice and not too busy. Breakfast was not bad. Lots of options. Great breakfast view.  Cons Our room was really far. We booked for 4 but only had 2 towels in the room. Had to request for more towels as well as hand towels and floor towels as the room don’t have any. Water pressure was terrible. At some point, there was no water coming out of the faucet at all. We couldn’t shower or wash our hands. Staff were super accommodating and changed our room the next day. 2nd room was closer and much newer looking. Water pressure was good but now wifi was not working.

Had such a wonderful stay! The hotel exceeded my expectations the room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were very welcoming, friendly, and always ready to assist with anything we needed. I also appreciate the great service and thoughtful touches that made our stay extra special. The location and overall experience were amazing. Thank you for the warm hospitality, would definitely love to come back!
