Great location. A number of cafes and restaurants within a 1-2 minute walk from the hotel. There’s also a large Westfield shopping complex about a 10-minute walk away, with even more restaurants and retail stores for your perusing. For those taking public transport, Parramatta train station is a similar distance (shopping centre and train station are side-by-side), which is an easy/flat walk to and from the hotel.
During our stay, we were liaising with Claire, who was brilliant throughout. We had three rooms booked, and she looked after us all very well. The staff overall were friendly, and the rooms were renovated and modern. The buffet breakfast was not an overly large in selection, but a good amount of options to choose from.

Location is good. parking is a bit pricy - cost $30 a night even for a weekend. Room is ok.

The room is quite decent. The shower room only has half of the glass and cannot be fully blocked. Western-style breakfast is not very suitable for Chinese stomachs, but freshly squeezed orange juice is not bad. The surrounding transportation is very convenient.
