Hotel has nice amenities. Great and unique pool, nice gym, available pool table. Service was just fine. Our issue was with the room condition: it was really dirty with a lot of someone’s hair in each corner including the bed. There were seems-like-blood stains on walls and under tv. Bathroom floor was dirty. We asked room service to clean but no one came. At the end we changed the room but all in all they need to be renovated

I would totally recommend this place for family with young children who would love to spend the whole day in the water playing on the slides and enjoy your snacks and Meals by the pool bar. The room is big enough with a kingsize bed and it's clean. One thing you should take care of is the night lamp which is screwed to the wall just above your head. While I was lying in bed and tried to get up I hit my head once, that thing can be dangerous if you ask me.
So overall it was a very good experience to spend time there with my child. The fridge is not cold though, instead of cold it's warm 😅😅😅😅

The receptionist's service is very poor. You use words that are not cute at all. Amenities were not received as reported, such as shoes, robes, toothbrushes, toothpaste, not as in the hotel reviews. But the male employee who brought the bag to the room was friendly and gave good travel advice. Please help answer everything. Spacious swimming pool Pool zone food, good price and taste The staff at the swimming pool zone provide good service.

Good rooms, clean, complete facilities. The pond is big and not very deep. But the bathroom is not okay. After taking a shower, the water on the floor does not flow into the pipe. The exhaust fan in the bathroom is very noisy. The bathroom door can't be locked. The refrigerator does not cool
