Pluses: 1. Fast check in 2. Clean room 3. Swan River view from room 4. Well equipped gym 5. Welcome drink upon check in 6. Helpful coincerge at front entrance of hotel 7. Fast wifi in room Suggested improvements 1. More movie channels on the TV. Why no Netflix? 2 Room rate should at least include a Continental breakfast during the stay 3. Room was booked for 3 guests. Yet only 2 bathrobes 4. Tea bags provided in the room were a generic brand - Why not provide a more luxury tea brand such as TWG that is consistent with the Ritz Carlton brand?

Great location. Walking distance to the ferry station, kid playground, nice restaurants. However, a bit disappointed with this Ritz. We have stayed for 5 nights. I was annoyed by the housekeeping staff have moved my personal stuff around every single day. The bedsheet was dirty. Over charged the BF (BF was instead). Well, generally speaking, it was OK, but not quite as good as the other Ritz Carlton we had stayed before.

Concierge got booking wrong and this is truly unacceptable for a 5 stars hotel. As a result we have to wait for second seating and wasted time hanging out at bars around the restaurant when we want to have an early night rest.

The room was so spacious and clean. I really like the room. But I think the swimming pool and gym need more space. When I went to the swimming pool in the afternoon, it was full and could not use the facility at all. However, all the staff members were very professional, and the service was excellent.
