The hotel's decor is truly unique and incredibly photogenic, perfect for taking stunning pictures. As a classic stilt house of the Hong Yao ethnic group, we were immediately struck by its charm upon entering. The ambiance is exceptional, arguably the best in the area, and it's conveniently located close to both viewing platforms. The spacious interiors, filled with an antique charm, were an absolute bonus, deserving all the praise! 👍 The hotel is family-run, and the owners are incredibly warm and friendly. They are quick to assist with any issues. We even received a 50% discount when visiting Jinfoding just by mentioning the hotel's name! The owner also helped arrange our return trip to Guilin station flawlessly. The owner's home-cooked dishes were incredibly delicious – we were completely satisfied with every meal. For breakfast, they even invited us to try their wonderfully fragrant local specialty, 'Youcha' (oil tea). The most remarkable part was their dog! When we left at 5 AM to catch the sunrise, their dog faithfully followed us. Initially, we were a bit wary, thinking it might be aggressive, but then we realized it was actually leading us all the way to the viewing platform. That dog definitely deserves an extra treat! 🦴 While five stars is the maximum rating, it doesn't fully capture how exceptional this hotel is. I will definitely recommend it to all my friends.

We just had one of the best stays we ever had. A few things that made up to that: The couple that manages the place is absolutely lovely. We were treated very nicely, we were cooked excellent food and they would make sure we were comfortable all the time. They helped us with some bookings, offered us some of their home made rice wine and cooked a variety of typical dishes. All delicious. Location-wise, we couldn’t have been hosted in a better place. Between View-spot 1 and 2, and with a very nice hike to spot 3. The village is super quiet and chill - there’s nothing to do there besides relaxing and enjoying the surroundings. The Hotel has very nice views of the Rice Terraces too, so if it gets rainy or just want to be in the room, you still enjoy the setting. And of course, we have to mention the little hosts that moan around the place: Mi Huan, their cute poodle; and quite a few cats, 5 of them being born when we arrived :) Genuinely a very nice experience and definitely a place we would like to come back to in the future.

The boss personally picked us up at the designated location and arranged a parking space. He also helped with the luggage along the way. The room had a great view and a wide field of view. The bathroom was a little shabby, but overall it was good.

For the same room category and window view, other places would easily charge 400-500 yuan. **Service:** Both the owner and his wife are incredibly warm and welcoming. Even before I arrived, they went out of their way to help me plan my itinerary and give directions. They were super patient too; I was so exhausted from sightseeing those days that I kept asking the same questions multiple times, and the owner always answered patiently. You can really feel that the entire family is genuinely kind – his wife, his mother, they all had smiles on their faces every day, and their eldest daughter was adorable and played wonderfully with my son. **View:** Words can't do it justice, just look at the photos! I didn't even want to get out of bed in the morning. What viewing platform could possibly be as pleasant as watching the terraced fields from your bed? **In summary:** Just come here, you won't regret it!

This hotel is located straight on the path up to the best viewing platform of the village - and on the path to Dazhai. The staff is extremely nice and helpful, we arrived by bus at the entrance of the village and a guy was already waiting there to drive us up the last meters to the hotel. Also we could wash our clothes in their big hotel washing machine. Overall I can heavily recommend to stay in this place.

This is the second time to come to Dragon Ridge, last time stayed on the edge of Kowloon Five Tigers, did not climb to the mountain, but, the other end is the mountain view, that is, the room does not have terraces to see, so, this time I want to try the Ping An Village, this should be an old hotel, but the sanitary view is top-notch, although not like the Kowloon Five Tigers can Take the shuttle bus to the hotel door, but this is only two minutes walk to get off the bus, the hotel food is cooked by the boss, the hotel's pick-up service is the boss's own responsibility, a decent B&B, bed sheets and bath towels are very clean, the water is very hot, the large balcony is directly looking at the terraces, super high value for money, worth recommending. Pictures 1 and 2 were taken from the balcony. They are super beautiful. . By the way, there are many shops on Kowloon Five Tigers that borrow folk costumes. A set is 20 yuan. Really, everyone has come here. It is still very good to borrow a set to take pictures.

The guesthouse boasts an excellent location. It's just a 1-minute walk to the stunning Nine Dragons and Five Tigers Viewpoint, arguably the most beautiful spot at Longji Terraces, and the Seven Stars Accompany the Moon Viewpoint is also easily accessible, about 20 minutes away. The guesthouse provides complimentary traditional ethnic costumes, which are really lovely. Being so close to the viewpoints, guests can change into these beautiful outfits right at the guesthouse and then stroll over for some fantastic photo opportunities, which greatly enhances the fun. Vehicles can drop you off right at the guesthouse entrance, so you don't have to haul your luggage far – incredibly convenient! The rooms are very clean, the shower has great water pressure, and the bathroom features a convenient wet/dry separation. While the guesthouse doesn't offer direct views of the terraced fields (it overlooks the forest instead), this didn't detract from the experience at all.

This accommodation is amazing! They helped me arrange pickup from the station all the way to the room, which made everything so easy. The staff were extremely kind, attentive, and always ready to help with any questions I had. The food was really good, and the location is absolutely incredible. I would definitely stay here again without a doubt!

The name of the hostel is One Family, and that is exactly what you will get here, since the second day I found myself sitting at the table with the whole family running the place feeling sort of part of this family. On top of that, the owner is part of the local minority living in Ping'ancun, so culturally it doesn't get more authentic than this! But what I truly want to stress is the kindness and helpfulness of the owner's son (whose name I unfortunately have forgotten). He gave me a lot of interesting insights about the history and culture of Ping'ancun, which was truly fascinating. In addition, he gave me advice about my travels, and, ultimately, I would follow his tips seeing some of the most outstanding places in China. So, if you need info and tips about a China travel itinerary, you are also at a good place here. Lastly, the room was like being in a hut on top of a mountain. Surely not as luxurious as other hotels in the area, yet again if you look for something authentic, go here.

This folk hotel is truly amazing! The scenery is pure countryside, and the food is all authentic farm fruits, vegetables, chicken, duck, beef, and mutton, all free-range and pollution-free, sourced from local farmers. The staff are friendly and attentive. The B&B is spacious and clean. It's probably the best B&B within a ten-mile radius. The rooms are even more comfortable than expected, with Haofa suites, family rooms, and standard rooms available to meet all needs.
