Absolutely fantastic! The decor was warm and lovely, the owner was incredibly kind, and they lent us an electric scooter, making it super convenient to get around. The food was absolutely delicious! The stir-fried bamboo shoots with pickled mustard greens was absolutely amazing! The owner even gave us complimentary bamboo shoots and black glutinous rice—such a wonderful surprise! I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Yixing!

This time I mainly came to pick bayberry and went to the nearby Longshan Village to trace the stream. Yaohu Town is not as good as expected, but fireworks are still possible at night; the bamboo sea is worth a visit. The most beautiful road Zhang Lingmu Line is very popular with mountain views and bamboo forests.

This guesthouse is located in Taihua Village, a charming local village close to Yaohu Town. It's very convenient if you're traveling by car, with most attractions just a 10-15 minute drive away. However, on foot, there are no commercial areas nearby, and while breakfast is included, other dining options are not very convenient. With no other commercial guesthouses around, it truly feels secluded and peaceful! The guesthouse rooms are lovely, especially with their floor-to-ceiling windows offering direct mountain views. Overall, I was quite satisfied. It's an ideal spot for office workers to unwind and breathe some fresh air!
