Pet Friendly Hotels in Como

It is a small hotel, with 18 rooms, the front desk is very small, and there is always only one person. The price of 5 stars, the room is about 3-4 stars, and the service is about 3 stars. But we missed a mobile phone after we checked out. The hotel found out and contacted us by email. We replied to the email and asked them to arrange for DHL to send it back (fees at their own expense). They dealt with it in a timely manner. Thank you very much.

The room is very comfortable and clean, the boss is friendly, and it is right in the center of the old city. It is very convenient and highly recommended!

I had an amazing experience during my stay at Hotel Metropol Suisse-Como.The central location with stunning lake views made the visit even more special. Our room was cleaned thoroughly every single day, and the standard of cleanliness was outstanding. The staff throughout the hotel were incredibly caring and polite. The bar staff were always friendly and attentive, and the food in the restaurant was absolutely delicious. I was genuinely impressed that the team even remembered exactly how I like my coffee — such a thoughtful touch that made me feel truly valued as a guest. I was travelling with my mum, who has mobility difficulties, and the staff went above and beyond for her. They were always ready to help, often running to open the doors for her without us even asking. Their kindness really meant a lot to us. A special mention goes to Elvira, who was wonderfully attentive and polite during breakfast every morning. She always asked about our experience and made sure we had everything we needed. The reception staff were also outstanding, regularly checking if there was anything more they could do to make our stay even better. The food in the restaurant was superb, and it was lovely to see the owner present and engaging with guests to make sure everyone was happy. Overall, it was a truly exceptional experience from start to finish. I cannot praise the hotel enough and will definitely be returning again and again. Highly recommended!

Very good location in front of the lake, nice view from our bedroom. Breakfast was very good, lots of selections. All staff are very helpful and friendly special mention to Ronald, Grace, Jade, Carl and other staff. You made our holiday memorable. A big thank you! 😍

Although the hotel is a little smaller, the proprietress is a bit cool. When we went there, we learned that there was no elevator and we were worried about how to mention it. The original staff would help us, and they are all very good! Good! On the other side of the hotel there is its own restaurant! Nice view

The front desk staff of the hotel are very friendly and helpful to recommend como food and restaurants, and also handwritten the bus stops and routes we need to take back and forth. Hotel front desk can buy round-trip tickets, which are cheaper than actual

The location is really good and the boss is friendly. Basically, water, tea, coffee, towels and soap are ready, but you have to bring shampoo and other shower supplies! There is a restaurant under the hostel and very close to the lake!
